I am first time home buyer and the process seemed very daunting at first. Amanda Sessa and her team were absolutely exceptional. The SWBC team is professional, kind, timely, and supportive. They walked me through every step of the way. They made the process feel seamless! I also felt like they had my back and were doing everything in their power to set me up for success. Not only do I love their knowledgeable staff... but they helped me close on my house in TWO WEEKS which was very attractive to the seller and ultimately is why my offer was accepted. Working with Amanda was the smoothest and most pleasant home buying experience in my life! Financing a $4 million dollar home sale is a daunting challenge at best, beset with MANY hurdles, and many demands by institutions (lenders, escrow holders, title companies, and the like). However, despite all the "navigation" challenges, Amanda Sessa "guided the ship home". Amanda, despite being so pleasant, was tenacious in holding onto my low interest rate that she locked in at the very beginning, because in her judgement they were beginning to rise. I have to now give her my thanks for this, but I have to bestow on her the title "Prophet" as she was absolutely correct in her estimation of this early rise in interest rates. Amanda TRULY has ONLY me, her client's interest, at heart. From the time of my first phone conversation with Amanda until the signing and completion of all documents was less than a month!! I completed all documents with only their notary representative who was handling all the documents and this finalization took ONLY 20 minutes until completion, and he met me at my office!! How easy is that! NEVER have I had such a smooth and "non-nail biting" experience. I highly recommend Amanda Sessa and will NEVER use anyone else in the mortgage business! Thank you AMANDA!!!

I found myself in a bind with an online lender, and Amanda was easily available for a last minute processing request and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though I ended up going with the online lender in the end (despite a lot of headaches) I very much would recommend Amanda for her customer service and knowledge of the local housing market
