Peter Jameson is the most competent, sensible, helpful banker we have ever worked with. Our loan process was smooth, streamlined and really could not have been better. Fernando also expertly guided us through the paperwork and closing process. I would give 6 stars if I could.

My wife and I have been customers of Flatirons Bank for nearly 8 years - and we're really glad that we chose Flatirons way back then. Consistently, over those years, the staff has been very friendly, very professional and very competent. Most recently, they've made the process of obtaining a Home Equity loan simple and smooth. Plus, we continually feel like we're "people" when we interact with the staff rather than a "number" or an "account." Heck, they even laugh at my jokes and crack their own! Overall, they honor and deserve the "community bank" title that they proudly use.

We approached the Flatirons team with a somewhat complex family investment portfolio restructuring request. After intently listening to our objectives, the Flatirons team came back with a sound and thoughtful proposal which hit on all of our objectives (it was obvious they had listened). Even in the 11th hour when an issue was uncovered, the Flatirons team didn't hesitate or balk and worked right through the problem with little additional effort on our part. Through the team's hard work and professionalism, we successfully closed on all the loans in a simultaneous close which was a new experience to everyone in the room. What stands out as most impressive to me is Flatirons did what they said they would do, and they knew what they could and couldn't do very early in the process which made the overall experience an excellent and memorable one.
