Being self-employed, I often have to carry liability in addition to home and car insurance. Getting a quick response when I have a question or need to make changes is invaluable. We got a better rate than our previous insurance and the service has been awesome. Thanks guys! I don't normally do reviews, but they deserve this.

Best insurance agent in the country (or maybe even the world). All around great person that cares about your needs, first and foremost. Will explain all the details and make sure you are comfortable with what is going on. Have had numerous policies with him (Car, Rental, Homeowners) and very satisfied with all of them. Prices are very good and product quality is top notch. 100% recommend and will be going back to Matt for any+all of my insurance needs.

Recently I popped my tire, I realized that I did not have the towing package on my policy. Matt's office sent an associate to my location to help me change the tire so that I could get home. This office team has always gone above and beyond for me. Also, I emailed asking to re-evaluate my policy, before I knew it I was receiving a discount on both cars and I had towing added. Paying less monthly and a VERY happy customer. I had Allstate for 11+ years and was never treated with with this level of personalized care. Thanks guys, we are happy we made the switch.

From the start a few years ago Matt and team have be so incredibly helpful. It feels like every few months we have a change to make with our rental/house/car insurance and he is prompt in responding and getting whatever it is we need fixed in or added to our policy. You will never find a better agent than Matt Timothy!! I moved to Oregon and had to transfer Insurance companies. It is so refreshing to have an agent that cares!
