Worst Customer service ever!!!!!!! I called them up do to me paying a bill and the company wont take my payment do to my zip code not being correct from my bank. So I call Advantis and nurelain asked for me to verify cvv # birth date and full address which i gave. And Nurelain says how can i help you. I told her my issue that i want to see what zip code they have on file. She goes ok go ahead and verify it with me i said i just verified my info with you (cvv,bd, FULL ADDRESS!) and she wants to play games. I tell her are you kidding me i just gave you my address i need to find out what YOU are looking at as a ZIP CODE. and she says go ahead and verify. I tell her this is unacceptable customer service. and i want to speak to a supervisor and Diana #1417 comes on the line and says i need to give them the zip code. So i gave it to her and guess what. it took 30 minutes just to get this info. Moral of the story. I sell cars for a pretty big dealership and every single customer that sits IN front of me will here thit story in detail. With a little stretch of the truth. I will cancel account and take my chances else where. That was terrible for them to do. It sucks i have to give even one star! This credit union sucks !!!! Now on to facebook, Instagram yelp!

I've had the great pleasure of working with Devin Weiner over the past 2 years. Whether I was buying a new vehicle, or refinancing an older one, he has been top notch every step of the way. My latest purchase took place in Texas, Devin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. 10/10 I would recommend him to my closest friends and family.

Highly recommend Advantis! Went in to this branch to make a wire transfer, deposit some cash, and ask about bond redemption. Everyone was very friendly/conversational and willing to help me and although they don't cash bonds, they were very helpful in providing the necessary paperwork and helping me work through it. I've also had many other good experiences with the CU. The call reps during business hours have been awesome and very helpful. My online messages get responded to within 24 hours with answers or resolutions, and the website is intuitive to me and has all the information I need.

new customer as of this week. what a great experience from the beginning. submitted application for a checking/savings online. Terri call me back and was a very pleasurable person to deal with. within three days I have a new checking/savings. paid off my high interest personal loan and replaced with a loan from Advantis. the process was such a pleasurable experience. I was also approved for a credit card. stopped into the branch and already picked it up. thanks for making my banking changes such an effortless experience.

Good but there's better in PDX - I've been a member for years, no issues most of the time but their phone based customer service is terrible. Twice now I've had my credit and debt cards reissued because is fraudulent transactions - Both times the cards are cancelled without even a phone call. The first time they "forgot" to ship me a new card. Both times I was remote from Portland and was told I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get a new card. Now here I am... 2 weeks from the day they canceled my card without access to MY MONEY. Local branches are great but the phone based customer service is worse than calling a big bank!

I've been with Advantis credit union for 10+ years. I currently also bank with Chase and US Bank. Hands down I put Advantis credit union at the top of the list. I personally work primarily now with the West Linn branch and the staff goes above and beyond. I have been helped by Sky, Emily, Diane, Jason, Devin, David. I have 7 checking accounts but my favorite is the fusion checking. I don't think any other bank or credit union offers 1.75% interest but with Advantis fusion they do. I read a few reviews about their online banking and mobile app not working properly and that WAS true, but I have not had any issues with either for months. Matter of fact there was a recent update the app and I LOVE it. The customer experience I received from the big banks I utilize pales in comparison to the service I've experienced with Advantis.

This branch is why I will continue to bank with Advantis. I used to bank regularly at the Belmont location and the service was inconsistent and frustrating at times. The staff here have always been very helpful and communicates well. They set the right expectations and are patient to explain or find out the answers to your questions.

I’ve had an account there since I was 16 and I love it! They’re all so friendly, and seem to know what they’re doing. I’ve only had one issue with my account and it was fixed and addressed immediately, which I greatly appreciate. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new bank!

I am not so impress with their enthusiasm for new members. I went to open an account and waited a long time only to leave the branch without an account. The gentleman that talked to me (I think was the manager) was courteous, but the person opening the accounts wasn't so concern or even acknowledged my presence. The branch had two tellers, they were not able to help and just looked at their computer screens the whole time. Maybe that is the sign that I should take my business somewhere else.

I've been a member of Advantis Credit Union for decades, when it was PACE Credit Union. The staff are very nice. I especially like Eva Bartholomew who helped me with my home equity loan and walked me through the process. It is very nice to have a branch in West Linn. Very professional courteous staff. The Belmont branch is also good, but it is nice to have a closer branch.
