These guys are great. Sent an Uber to pick me up from the airport. Gave me plenty of the time with the car on my own. Had everything in line and ready to go. I found two small issues with the car, and they were able to take care of them both on the spot. Accidentally broke a plastic cover, and immediately set it up to order one and get it sent off to me.

I was very excited to find the Perfect used Forester I was searching for at a reasonable & in great condition at Genuine. I put $500 down over the phone with Sam to hold it til I could get there with a friend the next day to pick it up. The next morning I was let go from my job due to prospective sale of company so sadly had to cancel the car purchase. Although Sam was out that day the mgr said that refunding my money was not a common practice but shouldn't be prob given the circumstances, (and how difficult it would be to get finacing with no income!) Do not buy a vehicle from this place. Bought what seemed like a decent used car and has ended up being nothing but a money pit. Within 2000 miles of owning the car I put about 4000 dollars into it because lots of random problems kept coming up. Now the car is basically useless as it needs another 3500 dollars worth of work to keep it running. 16k Wasted and when I talked to the owner about it he simply said “you bought a used car”. Shadiest car dealership I’ve had the misfortune of doing business with. Maybe you’ll get lucky but save yourself the problems and go elsewhere.
