He made sure I understood all the documents and criteria, and made paperwork easy. I had been looking for a home to buy for months. I finally found lots of land with a manufactured home on it. After searching local for someone to fund me without any luck due to it being a manufactured home, I came across LoanDepot and was put in touch with Matt Quinn ASAP.
