Academy Bank Thf Blvd, Chesterfield

Kristin from Academy Bank Chesterfield has been so extremely helpful in so many ways. I really cannot say enough good things about how helpful she has been as well as assisting me in opening a 2nd account at that location. It's obvious that she really cares about the customers and is willing to go above and beyond. I do not give reviews often, so for me to take time to to leave this one speaks volumes in itself. I actually cannot remember the last time I left a business or person a review of any kind, but I felt this was deserved. I say this and hopes that she will get the props she deserves for just being a wonderful employee, kind, caring and attentive.

I work at the Walmart this bank is at and I bank there also, and I noticed the past couple weeks the teller has been crying and today I could hear from across the store the manager yelling at her employee. We had to send customer service to quiet the manager down and I'm closing my account because I'm not going to support a company that treats their employees like this....

Kristin at the chesterfield academy bank is awesome I always have an great experience when I work with her smiling face positive energy there’s nothing more you can ask for because she takes care of you and makes sure what you came for gets done right this is my favorite academy bank location Kristin should most definitely get a raise for her dedication and hard work

Even though I live right by the Kirkwood branch, I drive 30 mins out of my way to do business here when it requires something other than a routine transaction. This branch is always staffed by friendly and competent people. You may need to wait a bit because it is understaffed. I have found it worth the extra time to get things done correctly the first time.

Academy Bank has the most wonderful service, especially the one at the Thf location Kara Roubidoux and Kristin Hellebusch they are so knowledgeable and helpful in anyway they can, friendly always greet one with a warm welcome. I really recommend people to use Academy Bank as your Bank if you want honest, kind, trustworthy people, and believe me that is hard to find now in these days and time. Greatest

I went in to payoff an old debt. The first rep was rushed to take a break so Kara stepped in. Kara was so helpful and went above getting me informed of the debt, taking payment and providing receipt. Kudos to Kara she really is a valuable asset to keep.
