I recently opened a business account and a personal account with Chase. Alex Pagan is my personal banker that started up my accounts. He made everything very easy and made me feel safe. I recently got scammed by a certain company that was taking money out of my bank account without permission. Alex pagan and Chase helped me with everything that I needed. I have lost trust in many businesses out there today, but my experience with Chase and my personal banker Alex gave me a safe feeling. I trust Alan Pagan. I trust Chase bank. I’m a small business owner with a family just trying too have a good life. The world is changing. Chase bank will protect you. I recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you Alex Pagan. Thank you Chase bank.

I was initially very excited to sign up for a chase checking and savings account as I received a Southwest offer (current chase southwest credit card holder). Went in and tried online multiple times to open the accounts just to be denied. No one could tell us why. However just got a letter from chase telling us our credit wasn’t good enough to open REGULAR BANK ACCOUNTS. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. A CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT. If it weren’t for the great rewards of our credit card I would Boycott chase altogether. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst location in town never able to help and don’t expect to get any larger amount of cash they never have enough money

Horrible customer service. First branch I’ve been to where I had to put all the change in those rolls myself. Just petty stuff. Not sure what your job is at this point if you can’t even do that for me. Ridiculous branch. Don’t go to this branch.

The individuals at this branch are absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend calling for an appointment ahead of time if you need to speak with a banker. They go above and beyond at this branch to help get accounts set up properly. I personally worked with Alex who opened several personal and business accounts for us. Not only did he work efficiently but he provided outstanding guidance and has been able to help us a few weeks later answering questions. I highly suggest utilizing this branch of Chase and am looking forward to continuing business with them. This branch has 2 internal ATM machines and 1 external drive-thru ATM for convenience. I do not believe they have a drive thru teller at this location.

Chase bank in general sucks. Decide to freeze your account on their own and then not even tell you why. Horrible bank

Opened an account here all excited just for it to be closed due to “ suspicious activity “ when i haven’t even used my card or put any money in it yet my account got closed before my card made it In the mail ..

Great people who work there! Very friendly and welcoming and willing to help. Manager is awesome!

Staff Just looked professional but not with their actions
