Matt Manos Review: As a first-time home buyer, Matt was excellent at explaining the steps of the loan process to me. He was very willing to take the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. He presented me with many options for my situation and I ended up closing on an FHA 203K loan which I didn't know anything about before meeting Matt. This is a powerful tool for home buying, and I am extremely grateful to Matt for teaching me all about it. Matt did a great job walking me through the FHA 203k process for the first time. The process moved forward at a quicker than expected pace despite all the paperwork/nuances involved with this type of loan. Unlike some other lenders he also has an eye on the market, so when rates became volatile, he was able to recommend locking rates during a slight dip (just before they spiked higher a week later). Will definitely use him again and look forward to working with him more.

Matt goes above and beyond as a real estate lender! This past fall I began looking for my first house hack (live-in) real estate investment property.
