David Williams and the Family First Funding Team are amazing. David and his team are always available to their Clients (Sellers, Buyers, Realtors) alike. They are highly communicative, on top of the Transaction, and make everything smooth and easy! These are all the most important aspects when obtaining financing for and closing on a home purchase. They make sure you know where you are at in the process every step of the way, educate you throughout, and keep you constantly updated. When your lender is always available via phone, text, or email, you always know you can get in touch for questions or to know exactly where things stand. These aspects cannot be overstated enough, as it is more of a rarity in our business. Being a Realtor, from the first connection with David/Family First to the end of the Transaction and beyond, I know they will always be there. What a true pleasure to do business with! ; )

First time home buyers, and after getting burned on our first house, my fiancé and I decided to go without a realtor and buy a house my neighbors were selling. This Mortgage company is out of this world. Kunle and Kaylene the best team I ever worked with. Mortgage processor Kaylene was very deliverable, endorse so much support on my difficult time on this process. Their communication was impressive, any question, concern was answered within hours. They were always available, through text, through phone. This was the most smooth process despite facing some minor accidents. My lender officer Kunle was always deliverable, professional, effective and efficient. As a single mom closing on a single family house, this would of not happened without the work/support of this amazing team. I have no words, I wish I can give them everything they deserved. If you get a loan officer half as good as Michael Andolina,you'll be in great hands. He was on top of the entire transaction . His responce time was amazing. He was able to be available all different times of the day,night and weekend,which really helped with my crazy schedule. Definitely not a 9 to 5 guy,but a call me when you need me man. Full disclosure, I'm a real estate agent and I refer people to Family First all the time but this review is about MY experience buying my own home with them. I used Brian Bloete and I must disclose he is a personal friend now, but he is a friend for a reason. I love my job and I love helping people buy and sell homes with joy and confidence so I need people that work with that same philosophy. I have been referring Brian for a while now but this is the first time I used him for myself and I am so glad I got to experience the buying side with him. Brian answered every question I had, which was a lot because I already know a lot which makes my questions even more intense than a normal persons lol. His team is so easy to work with, quick to respond, and organized making the information they need easy to find and deliver. Buying a home is no small thing, make sure you have someone there to help you do it right.

Brian has helped me in seamlessly processing my loan for my first home. He did deliver the service on the promised time with high efficiency. He was always available to answer some of the questions that I have during the process some rather silly as first time home buyer. We reached out to family first funding August of 2021. They were very kind and acted fast but unfortunately assisted us in the wrong kind of loan. We paid for an appraiser who appraised our property and told us we needed a construction loan, yet family first funding had us apply for a 203k loan. This caused a huge pause on our loan process and we had to be transferred to a different branch. ALSO building supplies have now gone up drastically. Fast forward to June 2022 and we are still in the process of applying for a loan. It is like pulling teeth for a follow up. A new appraiser was suppose to reach out last week and now today is Thursday, of the following week, and we haven’t heard from anyone. My husband has a lot more patience then I do , because I have had enough . I feel like we are too far in to pull out now, but all I want is a follow up and some kind of progress!!! Again everyone has been kind it’s just been a very very confusing and slow process. I am willing to change my review if we can get some answers. **** follow up: an appraiser reached out and wants a credit card payment over the phone even though we already paid for an appraisal and it was family first funding’s mistake on what kind of appraisal/loan was needed. ALSO this appraisal company reached out 3 weeks ago and we were told by family first funding that it was a scam and that they would let us know when the appraiser was reaching out. Fast forward to today when we find out from the loan company that this was the legit company. Im ready to pull my hair out of my head as there is so much confusion in this whole Process.

Chris Keelin and his entire team were amazing. I was so nervous about this process, and they held my hand the entire way through. The experience with them turned out to be not so stressful after all, and I wish I could give them all a big hug. Matthew Manos is everything you want in a loan officer for your mortgage. He is knowledgeable, kind, and fair. I was looking for a home for over a year and when I finally found a home, I contacted Matt regarding a mortgage. Unlike the other mortgage brokers, I was dealing with, Matt was forthright with all the fees and costs to the loan. I even showed him what the competitors was offering, and he taught me everything I need to know about a loan and how other companies take advantage of their clients by adding different fees or terms. When I went to the consumer financial protection bureau’s website, everything Matt stated was right. When you’re purchasing a home, you not only need someone knowledgeable, but also someone you can trust. Whether you’re a first-time homeowner or experienced real estate mogul, I highly recommend that you have Matt in your corner. I was ready to close on my home within 3 weeks which is unheard of. He is hands down amazing and I really enjoyed my time with him. I will be contacting him again when I am ready to purchase another property.
