Have been with this office and State Farm for decades. Lorrie has always been super helpful and responsive and we are glad she is still at the office even after the switchover from the previous agent a few years back. We were also particularly happy with our auto loan we started with them in 2018 as finding a reasonable interest rate for a used car was very tough at the time and State Farm came through!

She is very prompt at answering any questions we’ve had and if she doesn’t have them at her fingertips, she gets back to you quickly. Matt and his team are great... It's always easy to get someone on the phone when needed.. We missed a payment (due to 2020 trump era cutbacks with the USPS cutbacks which caused significant - months long mail delays). The called us to let us know and we were able to pay over the phone on the spot.. Also. I know Matt better than the rest of team, he his really helpful and a super nice guy, but hey all are great.

This very professional and prompt office has incredible staff, and we've been dealing with Lorrie for so many years, and she feels like part of the family.
