I have a home mortgage with Heartland Bank. I been very satisficed with my Mortgage Broker Kim, for over three years now. Kim stays in touch with me annually for a review of my note and if it would be wise to refinance. I have twice, on Kim's recommendation, refinanced my note at a substantial cost savings to me. On the banks side, the only recommendation is to upgrade with the times. I would appreciate not getting a paper bill every month and instead receive an email reminding me of my payment being due. I would also appreciate my tax documents be accessible on line so that paper need not be sent out. Otherwise I am satisfied with the service I receive from the banking experience. W.G. Dugan

I've been with Kim and HB&T for two refinances and could not be any more pleased with her speed and professionalism. We recently moved two states away and we're so pleased to find out that HB&T and Kim were available in states outside of IL.
