I scheduled an appt for a wire transfer between 3:30 and 3:45pm at this branch. There was only one teller actively working, from what I could tell. I could be wrong. I had to wait in line to inform the teller I had an appt. The teller told me someone would be with me in 2-3 mins and to have a seat. I had to actually make a call into the branch to let them know I was physically waiting in the lobby to be attended because I had already been waiting 20 mins. Someone finally told me it would only a couple more minutes. It's all about expectations people. Why schedule an appt if it will not be honored? Why tell me 2-3 mins when it's really +20mins? Time is money and money is time. Maybe it's time to move my money elsewhere? đł

Very unreliable branch. If you prefer a teller to using their ATM, itâs hit or miss. On-line says the branch is open (assuming the lobby too), but sometimes when you get there, a sign on the doors says âtemporarily closedâ, (at times they are open too). Get your act together B of A!

I work for a business that deposits everyday and the Bank of America near me was closed so I made the 30 minute hike. I walked up to the teller and said she couldnât do more than 3 deposits at a time. We argued back and forth and she wanted me to leave 7 deposit slips in the nightly drop on a Friday when my company needs the money in the bank today. The teller deposited 3 then took a customer pushing me to the side and then depositing the next 4 but in all it took 9 minutes she couldâve done 7 deposits in less than 6 minutes. Very rude.
