Never have I experienced such customer service like I did today "THE WORST" the lady is very unprofessional on top of not being welcomed it seem more of a bother their conversation was interrupted. As I explained my reason for coming in no price was given when asked until the end of transaction, aside from that she snatched my paperwork from the window right before I was able to release my paperwork to her. VERY IGNORANT NEVER WILL I RETURN!!!!!!

Perfect explanations about automobile title changes. Took me through it step by step. Cost was about $50 more then secretary of state but no waiting in line for 5 hours at SOS office. Worth every penny. DFL.

I do everything here fro renewing my sticker to wiring money to my mother. The staff are always nice and cheerful . I joke around with them a lot. They just seem to care for customers. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

I did my car title transfer from here and the employee took money for sending plates to my address also. This happend in july 2018. Now its sept 2018 i didn't recived my plates yet. When i called them they are telling plates are at there office i need to go and pick up. I cleary said first it self i need to get my plates at my house and i gave money also. Worst service...

The man working here could not be more rude and disrespectful. For shame!

I've been coming to this location for years. Today I show up at 5:55pm needing to register a recently purchased vehicle. I get to the counter and a Male worker tells me they close at 6pm. Apparently my request was " borderline hard" and they won't stay past 6pm to do it. The cherry on top is that I called before going and explained what I needed done. He said nothing about a closing time. In my book if the customer makes in in the door before you close, they have to be taken care of. This place has lost my business.

Wow. Never been to a currency exchange where they ACTUALLY had good customer service. They were so nice there and helped me with what I need. I had never had to get a money order before, and they explained what it is and how it worked and why it is used. Incredible customer service.

This place is God awful, person working and owner are discriminating and ignorant .

Donna and the rest of the crew are great people. They are very pleasant and helpful. They are the place to go to get stuff done.
