Tonya the store manager & Shay the assistant manager & the whole staff at this location are amazing. Such a welcoming vibe every time, when it comes to getting a payday loan or an installment loan. They are always ready to assist you in anyway. Customer service is top notch!

I came in to the PLS Loan Store a little nervous because I had never taken out a personal loan nor a payday loan before and I did not know what to expect. The staff at PLS walked me through the fairly easy process, and provided a computer and printer to make it easy for me to access and print the documents I needed to verify my income and bank information. The entire process took about 45 minutes because I was a new customer and needed to be entered into their system, but it was smooth and painless. The woman who worked with me, Shay, was patient and informative. I got the emergency money I needed, and Shay found the most economical option for me. I was able to pay back the full loan on payday, which meant that I only had to pay about $2.50 per day interest. Would it add up over time? Yep! But, for a short term solution to an immediate problem it was well worth it.

However PLS loans provides a computer for you to access your accounts online which is very convenient. My service was quick and easy. My approval was quick and easy. I left satisfied and I would highly recommend them to others in need.
