Do not take advice from these people. They do not know what they are talking about and have know legal knowledge to advise the unknowing. This place continues to be the worst. If you do business with them, chances are, you are likely to be over charged or face additional fines, interest or penalties by the state or city.

Spoke with employee and I told her I was on my way and she mentioned they closed at 6pm (Saturday). I hurried up and got there at 5:51pm and was faced with locked doors and lights were already off. She honestly could've just said that they were already closing and I wouldn't have hurried up and rushed over for nothing.....

I had a horrible experience at this currency exchange. The service I received was beyond horrible. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and not helpful. She had me looking for the Vin number, which is acceptable acceptable and I Provided everything she needed, and all she could tell me is she could not sell me the sticker. In that instant I called a different currency exchange who was nice enough to check the plate for me, she said you came up no problem. I was already there so I wanted to tell her and she had close Close the doors at 4:55 PM when the sign says they close at five so she was so unacceptably rude and lazy. I wish I can give this place no stars. This currency exchange is the closest to my home, but I will never go there Again. After receiving that thisType of treatment.

Worst experience ever the female was rude and I wish I could talk to her boss

The ugly lady here idk her name but she’s super unattractive not only looks but personality to match! She couldn’t even answer my simple important question over the phone she told me I need to leave the comfort of my home at dark in order for her to properly answer my question! I ended up getting in a bad car accident on the way back from here because she was too lazy to answer over the phone!!!! Had she answered my SIMPLE question over the phone I would’ve never got in that accident! Dumb lady

So I just had the worst of times trying to cash my check. So according to the employee inside this currency exchange they no longer cash checks passed 5 days of issue date. Now how is that even ok when people who get paper checks in the mail can't control when the checks arrive.... This was a payroll check and I was told I would have to prove that it was just received in the mail today so what would have happened if I didn't have my envelope with me still? This is not ok this company should not be doing these things especially in these times Like

The worst costumer service ever.. I always go there to cash my check. One day out of the blue they came out with that I had to sign the check in front of them.. when they don’t have anything in writing saying anything about signing checks in front of them...

Unprofessional to say the least. Shame on this chain of 'business' to employ such miserable excuses for human beings and employees. They lack the utmost basic, simple, qualifications of customer service. An answer of 'I don know' is simply unacceptable. Last time I checked - it's 2019. Learn how to use your computer to assist in finding a solution or even an option to better assist customers. Lazy a** people. Your business should be ashamed of yourselves to employ succh inept people.

Avoid avoid avoid. These people are very unpleasant very rude. They act like you are a bother they dont say hi they dont smile they dont say thank you always on there cell phones they have no knowledge of customer service at all. The rudest place I been too. Just discuss me how people dont care about customers that they fail to realize WE the customers are the reason why they have a job

Went in to request new plates and change title information. The girl kept looking at the title like it was fake. She kept looking at me asking me if that was my signature on the buyer line. Never did I receive a call that my plates were in I just happen to stop in and ask and they had been in for 2 weeks. The ladies there have no people skills what so ever!
