Not sure of store inventory except.for silver which was basic. Store puts away all inventory 30 minutes before closing and, even if you are specific, will not show you merchandise.

I had an oz of gold that I bought downtown Chicago at a gold and silver exchange. This clown at What a Gem couldn’t even tell it was real gold. THIS place is notorious for shady dealings and ripping ppl off. Don’t waste your time . Plenty of reputable pawn shops that are within a mile .

I went in there to sell some gold & the jeweler said it was fake. I swear I went to several stores ( ALL CONFIRMED TO BE REAL GOLD) ??? Beware of False accusations!!
