Decent paying opportunities for a second job on weekends; that accounts for the 2 stars in my review. That and the younger gal working there. The one in charge was extremely rude to both her coworker and “clients”. Condescending when when explain simple run of the mill pre employment paperwork as if I haven’t learned to read and write. If you read this review lady, at least have the courtesy o put a tic-tac in next time you talk down to people. It’s a staffing agency ma’am, ya don’t need to be so uptight about sending people to build boxes. Calm down Karen 🙄

Head hunting for a few buddy's who are looking for employment with no vaccination requirement. I noticed indeed had a position available as a recruiter in osseo. I called to inquire on them mandating vaccination as I suspected they are a large company with more then 100 employees (guessing). The woman on the phone was very rude. I explained I was head hunting for a few friends she then instructed to have them contact her I explained I would if Masterson met the vaccine requirements of my friends. This got her upset where she then thanked me and hung up. I'm guessing if she's too upset to answer the question we know where they stand. These guys will not fight for your rights as an employer.

They sent me out 2 a job for a total of 2 and a half weeks i was sent to Reo Plastics in maple grove. I was sent home once the 1st week once the 2nd week mind u i wasnt late any of the days that i was scheduled to work and just started working threw this company. So am a new employee and have not done alot of plastic stuff have mainly worked in commercial printing/ packaging jobs. I was sent home for 2 days in a row i said i no longer want to work threw there company i didnt feel like i was treated fairly.

Would rate 0 out of 5 stars if i could. This location has the worst jobs by far, the staff is not helpful and on more than one occasion I have been given descriptions of the jobs, gotten there and am told to do something completely different than what was described to me by the Masterson personnel.

very unprofessional ! rude. They love to low ball hard working people on jobs so that the temp agency can make the most money . Their staffing agents hardly ever follow up with any one looking for work ! do not recommend them to any one

Go to a different location. Do not go to this office. Honestly, I just went here for a check and because I left the temp position they said “I put my bank info in incorrectly” so I couldn’t get paid for another 3-4 days later instead of writing me a check as they should. Pathetic.

When I spoke with them on the phone they had told me there was a machine operating position for 16 a hr no criminal background check or drug screen. I drove here from crystal just for them to tell me they have a 14 hr machine operating job I start filling out paperwork disappointed from the miscommunication. They ask more about my background and ask to do a drug screen on spot. In which is very hard for me to do in a crowded office with extremely bad anxiety. I told them I would like to come in with less people tomorrow. They respond with it doesn't work like that and we wont have any positions available for you. The way they handled this speaks volume would never want to work for this temp agency. -David Lauretta

Well when you apply just remember even if you have a doctors note, or if your grandma dies, they dont care and some companies you work for will just let you go. Its pretty upsetting. Doesnt say anywhere about that. You dont even get a second chance. I know many places where you work for them and they give you about three chances. Not this place. Also some of the people who work there are mean and unprofessional. They talk about the people in a negative way. That make mistakes, im sorry but they dont know what professional is.

today they sent ne to work and they sent me back home i got fited of my old job now im jobless. Thank you stupid masterson such a horrible team osseo. Rude and you have to call them every time to see if they are gonna put you on the list to work or not because they will not call you.

I called to find out about my direct deposit issue and ashely pretty much told me it not there problem and hung the phone up ruined my day but i called back and Judy answered and explained whats going on which i think ashely should've done before saying it not there problem n hanging up be careful when calling u might get someone unprofessional rude and not a ppl person one thing ashely needs to learn is how to talk to ppl i highly dont recommend calling or going there
