Twin Cities Pawn County Rd, Osseo

This isn't a review about the customer service because the customer service from what I have experienced has always been great. This review is solely for the cost of the items they have at this shop. If I wanted to buy stuff at the price they sell it at, I would just go to the store where it's brand new with a warranty. Some of the stuff there I haven't even seen brand new for the cost that they're charging. This is a pawn shop, where you're supposed to get good deals. Not a retail store

I just got a great deal on a few Xbox One games...shop was clean and organized. Matt was super helpful! Oh and I will definitely be back once I get my taxes and grab a new TV!

Seemed pretty unassuming when I walked in, but was greeted by Darrin (sp?) who I would soon learn was a super cool and helpful guy. Totally honest and let me know that he didn't have any idea how to answer my questions about audio receivers. BUT, he hopped on the computer and we did some tag-team Google-Fu and we're both pretty confident we found the answers I was looking for. Even came out to my car (where my speakers were) to get all the info to help with the search. Store was clean and organized. And while I was with Darrin the whole time, I could hear the other staff members helping people and they seemed to be just as helpful. Awesome place.

All of their staff and owners are great. But this particular location hs 2 particular employees who ho the long haul damontey who are darnell, darnl and i had a miscue the first time we met, but he is a big man and honestly there is no place id rather go. And honestly ive never been treated with such respect.

I went to this pawn shop with some average common tools and shop equipment and the guy didn't even know what a bench vise was. In a short conversation with him I realized this guy has no idea what any of my stuff is so I left with my things and went to a more experienced shop.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm a little uncomfortable with the idea of pawning something I own. I've done it, but I've always been a bit uneasy. Still, sometimes you need the cash to cover an unexpected expense, so you do what you have to do. I walked into Twin Cities Pawn in Osseo on a Friday morning to pawn a rifle for a week. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful and that went a long way to making me feel comfortable. The shop itself is clean and well kept so you don't feel like you've hit rock bottom just because you're standing there. It was actually pretty pleasant and if I ever need to pawn something I'll return to Twin Cities Pawn.

I walked into the store and it was clean and inviting. I was selling some jewelry and the manager (I believe his name was Darrin) politely introduced himself and explained to me what made some diamonds more valuable than others. After I sold my jewelry for $125 more than what Pawn America offered me, I bought a 40" smart TV and two employees (there names were Bernard and Darnell) were very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly. The two of them helped me find the perfect size and resolution for me. Overall, just an exceptional experience. I have never seen employees so friendly in a pawn shop. I would highly recommend visiting this pawn shop.

Awesome staff! Darrin Hecimovich was an amazing manager, he was very helpful in helping me choose the right bow for me. Damontay Overs was an awesome sales associate making me feel very comfortable and not pushing me to purchase the bow. They both made it an extremely pleasurable experience and I will definitely will be shopping here again!

This place was awesome compared to some of the other pawn shops in the area. Great customer service and I will definitely return when I'm in the area again. Very clean and the guys working where down to earth. Thanks again guys for the old rockford amp.

Customer Service here is quick and courteous. They have great deals whether you are buying or selling. I highly recommend this Pawn Shop for people in the Osseo/Maple Grove area.

Went in to buy a $300.00 Bow just over a 1hr ago and from the minute i walked in the guy starting talking to me like scum off the street. Asked him to be polite or i could take my business and he tells me OK if that's what you want to do. I think he watch me walk in with my bow case (to put my new bow in) and thought I was there just to pawn something so therefore talk to me like scum. Maybe try treating people the same you never know it might not always be what you think.
