Well, it took almost two years for us to find a new home, but in the end God made a way. Mary was extremely patient with us throughout the loan approval process. We actually applied twice since we were simply not able to find a property that fit our profile on our first home search. I needed to refi my house in order to get it in my name only, but I was worried that it wasn’t going to lower my payment as well. I voiced this concern to Mary and the next day she had put together an email with attachments breaking everything down & showing how as long as I stay in the house for at least 4 years it would definitely be cost beneficial!
