The longer I walk away from the call I had earlier today the more upset I continue to be. My conversation with VP/Mr. Ray Bush today left me unsettled. Tired for women like me, who already deal with the "talk over" in their day to day work lives... But today left me cold. I'm not a person who throws this accusation around lightly. It takes a lot to unsettle me in a man's world. But let's be honest, had I been a man...I would have been able to get a word in. I was constantly talked over. Left often to grasp trying to talk. It was both rude and hurtful. Frankly, at least in my conversation with Kim, I felt equals -- Until she told me "Let me ask you this, do you work for a financial institution?" -- I can at least deal with that to some extent. She let me talk, however frustrating the outcome might have been (or if I felt I was lied to at times). Listen to my taped convo with Ray Bush please, I do know it's recorded. Please listen to it. Hear the number of times I try to talk but am dismissed by him. Hear the number of times I try to get a word in but am repeatedly hushed by him. It's not okay what happened to me on that call. I may be just “one” young woman — not someone who banks with you steadily, nor throws lots of money to your institution — but the mentality that was used today will be used again on someone else eventually. Had I at least been treated fairly on the playing field...I could have walked away. Annoyed that it wasn't the outcome I wanted at the time, but I could have walked away with the information I requested from Mr. Bush and taking my next steps. However, Ray Bush left my stomach in knots after that conversation, something I am not often accustomed to.

Worst service ever my mother went to applied for a loan the representative was rasicst and disrespectful she would not help her because my mom does not speak English! She automatically told her she did not qualified without running her credit! Keep away from this place racist people!!

We have been banking here for at least the last 12-13 years. We have always had great service. Friendly. Helpful.

Was on hold for over an hour just to get payoff information for one of their members. The automated system said it would be 10 minutes. Then out of no where the machine forced me to leave a call-back message. Prior to waiting I left messages to be called back but I left those messages Friday morning and now its Monday so I really feel like they say they will call back to get you off the phone but don't really mean it. I really do not want to go in person because at this point after the bullshit and wasting my time I will be a bit unsettled.

If you want to lose money this is the place, they hold incoming deposits, so when you have a bill hit your account it overdrafts, they're very uninformative, and basically worthless.

You all have been nothing but helpful. You speak English, and I speak English. Understandable, reliable, and my only bank.

Very rude people other locations are way better.
