Chase Bank S Bowen Rd, Arlington

I just wanted to say thank you to Yvette Lok for helping me today! I was having some trouble with my Southwest card and she was able to solve the problem for me. She helped me right as I stepped through the door and was very patient and empathetic as she made a few calls to get to the bottom of the problem. This was also towards the end of the day which I was even more grateful that she was able to fix everything so I wouldn’t have to come back. This was actually the third chase branch that I went to and was finally helped! Anyway, thank you again for the great customer service!

Two bankers, were helping other people, and one guy waiting to be helped THATS IT, a lady walked up to me and said i would have to make an appointment, NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make an appointment and they could not help me at all... they have reschedule another appointment and they say they will be about 2 weeks before they can see me to open a account tried to call the branch so many times during the complete day never answer Thinking to moving my accounts to another bank where they consider customers

The ATM outside the bank spends more time down than working. When I need money I need it period. What is it they say - it's my money and I want it now. No I have to get in the car the next morning and go inside to get my money - even then the ATM is out of 20's. . . . I took it all in 5's . . .

It's a convenient location. Like all banks, tellers are minimal. I went to get a cashier's check and the cost was $8...and I did have an account with them. I went down the street to the Post Office and got 2 money orders for $3 instead. Another time, I went to deposit cash for a business account. The teller basically told me I was wasting her time and should have deposited using the ATM. Most of the time, people are friendly and helpful so I still give it 4 stars.

THIS BRANCH HAS COMMITTED GROSS NEGLIGENCE WITH OUR ACCOUNTS. Someone fraudulently went inside this branch and opened a new account under my husbands name and then drained all our joint accounts. The employee responsible is Wasem Elsaleh and now we have called all day long and neither the supervisor nor the employee will pickup the phone. They accept fake documents and are reckless with your money and then do not want to take responsibility. Keep your money in a shoebox.

Worst attitude and least people friendly bank staff I've ever encountered at any Bank. Based on other reviews posted this seems to be a pattern at the Bowen Rd branch. It was particularly surprising that their Private Client Services manager demonstrated the same pompus arrogance, rudeness and unhelpful approach to the bank's larger deposit clients. And this is exactly why I just pulled every last dollar out of Chase Bank.

Worst service I’ve ever received at any bank. The staff is rude and not helpful at all, especially the ones that are suppose to greet you when you come in.

This is for all Chase Banks-except the one on Rufesnow in NrH. No one is available to do their job anymore. Where in the world did customer service go?

People working here are rude and not helpful. Have been a customer for many years and the service is getting worse on a weekly basis. Can't recommend this branch.
