I had an incredibly pleasant experience here. The process was very smooth and I appreciate all of the help that I was given. Adriana was incredibly helpful and gave great customer service. Anytime I get good customer service I continue to use that place. This a great go to service when you need help and don’t want to be robbed of your money when you pay back. I highly recommend this place.

The entire process was SIMPLE AND QUICK from beginning to end. Each representative I spoke to presented themselves as professional and handled my account with care. This was my first time applying and being approved for a loan with Sun Loan but not the last time the ladies will be doing business with me. Adriana was able to help me even coming in last minute while the manager who I originally came in to speak with was busy. If you are in need visit them in Arlington.

Lakishia has been very helpful. She has been on top of everything regarding my loan. If I forget, she's there with a friendly call to remind me. If I have any questions, she's there with an answer. I definitely will be back , I will definitely let everyone know where to go.

I was helped by Tricia Levine I called at the last minute with ten minutes left before closed n she waited on me n had everything ready for me to sign in my need emergency! Absolutely HORRIBLE! This company supposedly sent a check to my address- a check I did NOT ask for- and then, two months later, spent the last week harassing my sister to get in touch with me. They have filed against my credit and the first time I was in touch with them was two months after the check was sent to me? That is absolutely crazy. Why they didn't have a phone number or email to someone they've already sent MONEY to, I will never know. After I asked for the information about the "loan" that was issued I was refused everything except the dates and amount of the check. I have had to get a police report, go to their nasty offices (Why cant they hang anything up on the wall? everything is leaning or propped up on something else- its tacky and wildly cheap looking office space) Now I have to spend more of my work week filling out paperwork and getting it notarized because the BRANCH MANAGER isn't a notary. Although this seems to be what the company expects: As I was in the office the person who was on the other end of the phone said: "Have him fill this paperwork out and notarize it". Well because she cant do that- I had to find a notary, pay money, and now take the paperwork another 20 minutes away. I wouldn't be upset with this situation if LaKisia (Branch Manager) wasn't so Rude and Inconsiderate. All of this could have been done via email but she has insisted I come to her office to talk to her- wont give any information even after I went to her office- now I have more time and money out of pocket because this company just MAILS CHECKS TO RANDOM PEOPLE then FILES IT AGAINST THEIR CREDIT. I would not spend five minutes near this establishment. There are far too many nice and honest people in this world so that we don't ever have to do business with people like this ever! After this is sorted with the police I have been advised to get an attorney. That should be all you need to know- I didn't even do business with these people and I have to get an attorney because of their policy, practices, and behavior. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

It was quick and easy to get a loan. Adriana was great she had most of the paperwork done before I came to the store. She is awesome
