Mark Veech and Keshia Askew were so prompt at responding to our questions and processing our paperwork. I honestly think it took less than two weeks for us to put in our bid and process the mortgage loan package. Keshia was so thorough in making sure we were aware of what we needed to submit, which included many "surprises" because we had several complicating factors. We always felt we were treated with respect and dignity, and that we were top clients to Mark and Keshia. I deeply value their work, and if I had to buy a house again I would absolutely enlist their help. Luckily, I LOVE the house we bought, and I'm thrilled with our mortgage!!
