I applied for a refinance in December 2020 when the rates were very low. Mr. Gallo promised a rate of 2.125 % for a 10 year term back then. I followed up at least a 1000 times since December till now for a status. They pulled my credit 3 times recently, those are all hard inquiries having some impact to the credit score unnecessarily. The fact is that not only I missed the opportunity to get a good rate with other lenders but also Mr. Gallo couldn't keep his promise/offer of 2.125% after 5 months. At one point even I asked him, 'Are you serious about what you are doing, your business?' The process is very slow with him. This is my second experience dealing with him. Not recommended.

It was great working with Chris and his team. They were easy to work with and very flexible to accommodate any request as per your need. The rate offered by them was very competitive without any strings attached to it. If you get a pre-approval from them you don't have to look anywhere else. The only thing that could have been a little better is the overall responsiveness in the communication. It doesn't mean they aren't responsive, it is just that sometimes you need to follow up a lil more.
