It is great to have some one to fall back on and Mariner has been doing bussiness with us for a few years.

Very unprofessional and arrogant which is hard to compile because if everyone has a bank account your services wouldn't be needed...I never understand how a loan company fix's things where it only works for them and not you...if you want your time wasted this is definitely the place to go 👍🏿

We only used this company because we financed a hot tub and would have NEVER chosen a company like this. We usually paid a few months ahead at one time, however, we forgot to pay ON the due date and was only a couple of days late, but was threatened with forfeiture and told we would have to pay that ASTRONOMICAL SAME AS CASH AMOUNT!! The employee from the company was just as rude and NASTY as if we had taken some Title for Cash loan with them!!! Needless to say we paid them off COMPLETELY ASAP!! We are not accustomed to bill collector calls and I was NOT THRILLED AT ALL to have them calling me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! POOL AND SPA DEPOT should be ashamed to even use this type of company!!!

I've done business with Mariner Finance for a few years now and they have always been so nice and helpful. The employees are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a little financial help.

The whole process was quick and easy. They employees were very nice.

I went in two weeks ago and received Quick and prompt service. Jennifer got to me immediately even without an appointment. I was able to get the loan I needed within about 45 minutes. My only reason for taking away a star, is the two front office people (not sure the name of one, but the other was Amanda), spent the entire time I was in there making negative comments about delinquent customers. Amanda wasn’t the one making the derogatory comments, it was the other lady. Amanda was mostly just listening and giving minimal response. The other lady even bragged about a man actually paying his bill on time after being sent to her. She was proud of being a jerk. I get the need to take a hard line approach to repayment, but this type of behavior isn’t something that should have been discussed in front of myself and another customer. There are more professional ways to handle lack of payment.

I had a good experience with Mariner. Even when behind on payments, I was able to work with them professionally. I will say that the only issue I had with them was the frequent calling. However, what do you expect when someone owes you money. It's not harassment, its being proactive. Thank you for the excellent service.

This place is great. The whole staff is friendly, professional and willing to help to the best of their abilities. They make the process so pain free you forget that you are in a difficult time while there. I highly recommend them!!
