Whitney knight was such a great help! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had some torn ligaments in my foot and she was the most helpful customer service representative I have came in contact with for a long time. I wish we had more people like her in the customer service field! She even helped me navigate the company website to complete my application. I definitely recommend anyone needing a loan to come and see her she will help you take care of everything!!

I had tried several different places to get a loan and advance America on Madison Street was the only location able to help me. When I arrived at the location, Whittney was the agent that I worked with. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She reassured me that the process would be quick. She walked me through every step. Every company should have an employee of this magnitude. It was evident that she puts the needs of the customer up front. I came into this process thinking I would be denied yet again to Her reassuring me that I had a good chance to be approved. Thank you Whittney for your dedication to me and my need.

I dealt with Whittney when I visited the store and I can honestly say that it was by far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Shewas ver polite, pleasant and knowledgeable of the products available. I would recommend this site and I would definitely recommend that any customer request Whittney for the agent to help them. This store would be much better if they had 5 Whitney's.

Make sure your name is spelled correctly on all your paperwork or you will walk out empty handed...it's funny my paperwork couldn't be processed because of a misspelling of my name 🤔 that's funny...so if I rob the place and the police ask ..so which one robbed you ..ricky k or Ricky k the 2nd 🤦🏿‍♂️😅 ...don't come here ...it's a waste of time
