Game X Change is awesome. They have a great selection of all electronics and offer a fair cash and credit price for trade-ins. We only go here and will not go to GameStop any more unless we absolutely have to. At times some of the staff can seem a bit impersonal, but they are actually nice people and just very busy and probably overwhelmed at times when the store gets crazy busy.

Most amazing gaming store around. Always full of games, consoles, power cords, controllers, movies, etc.. very friendly staff, adorable store kitty!!❤️ gave me an amazing price for my ps3. Need games for your kids or family? Ryan's your man. Don't be shy, stop in and see for yourself!!

I LOOOOOOOVE going in here. I dont go in here as much as I would like to, but when I do. It gives me the old Blockbuster/ Hollywood Video vibe that I miss. The employees are always nice whenever I go in there. Thank you! Also found an old replica of an action figure that I had as a kid. 😀

Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable every time I stop in. Multiple times they have even tried to track down games I was looking for.

We were able to find a ps3 for my youngest bonus son...it was like finding a needle in a haystack, we were thrilled & now so is the youngest, as he can play with his older brothers

Greatest gaming store I've ever had the pleasure to enter ..... from all the newest video games to some of the oldest video game consoles and games as well as graphic comics and collectors stuff even the original D&D books.

My SO collects Gundams. I dont know much about them but GameXchange has a very nice selection and one of the associates collects them too. They were able to connect and talk about their favorite ones.

I really enjoy going into game exchange. It has a WAY better selection than that of gamestop. I enjoy how if I want games from older systems, miniatures, cards, or movies I can go in and find it easily. They also have really friendly and helpful employees. The cost of their merchandise seems to be a little better than some of the other game stores around town so that's a good plus. They also have cards against humanity packs there which I find amazing because I can barely find packs without going to amazon or looking for them in stores online. Overall a very good store that is well worth your time to stop in and have a browse.

Overpriced games, rip you off for collectibles items. Got offered 70 dollars for 600 dollars worth of items. They will sell the stuff you sell them for more than what they are worth. Everything is overpriced and I will not be going here again ever. Great staff though.

They have great options of merch, cards, game accessories, lots of DVDs and games to choose from! I always go there to sell extra DVDs I don't need or games I don't play anymore. You can receive store credit or cash for whatever you sell

Super fun store a bit of everything. Need a nerf gun, got it. Pokemon cards yup. DVD's I mean old but sure. Ps1-4 games all over it.

Love love love GameXchange! Staff is awesome and the pricing is really affordable. They usually have a few of the newest games for all systems and the best part is they are used so you don't have to break the bank to buy them! And even better they take trade-ins and offer reasonable prices too!!! Bought my ps4 and got an awesome price after I traded some old games systems I didn't use anymore. I definitely recommend this place!!

The employees were so friendly, helpful, and assisted with any question I had. They had a lot of knowledge on things I had questions on and it was quite impressive. It makes me happy to see small retro gaming stores not going out of business, especially a store like this. If you are bored and in the area, come check this place out. Great place to find your collectibles or trade for cash\in store credit. You don't get a lot of value for the trade or sale but if it's something you no longer need, heck yeah trade it and go. I do like the store and the great team too

Several of our team members have teenage kids who love to play classic games. This store has a huge selection and a great staff. They are very active on social media so you can stay current with all their latest additions and promotions.

Poor experience due to the fact they will not review current prices of collectible items. These items prices change all of the time. You are much better off going to C4 Entertainment. Staff are better and so are prices.

If you’re looking for a place to buy or sell games I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Instead I’d recommend The Game Hub on Fort Campbell Blvd. It’s a new store that opened a few months back and they offer fairer prices for games and give more in cash than what this place offers for your items in trade credit. Also the owner of The Game Hub, Ryan, is far more professional and helpful than the manager here. This place has honestly gone downhill since Eric and the rest of the original crew stopped working here and is no longer the same store that opened back in 2016. Again, if you’re looking for a better deal on your games whether to buy or sell them then The Game Hub is definitely the place to go. Always support locally owned businesses.

Momo is the best worker there by far. Moira is also a gem. Best customer service from these two. Full attention to my gaming needs and very honest. The only reason I didn't place 5 stars is because she won't be there long :(

Always have rarer games for older systems and the staff is always friendly. Downside is they are brutal when it comes to trade ins but not nearly as bad as game stop. Come to this place to explore ur nerdisums and fun. If ur a gamer, collector or nerd this is ur place

Employees are friendly and the inventory is varied. Comics, games, movies, Manga, apparel. A little bit for everyone. I just wish they had a steelbook section so I didn't have to sift through everything looking for them. Fair prices for their stuff.

The cashier was very rude. Did not catch her name but she has dark hair. We had to return a game because it was not working right and we spent $36 on it and she only gave us $12 back and we said we'll the game is not working properly and we would like our $36 back in store credit and she yelled at us and said "What part didn't you unserstand?" I do not recommend coming here the staff is very rude, not helpful, and very inconsiderate, and they rip you off as well!

This store is pretty awesome because they not only have old school games and consoles, but newer ones as well along with movies and figurines. I love this store because they have games and gaming gear dating all the way back to the Atari! It's totally retro and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

If your looking for your memories of the older games this is the place to go. It's my go to place now for games.

So I bought a copy of a game, it was scratched and it ruined my ps4 in attempt to get it to work, they said they couldn't refund me my ten dollars back because they only refund in store credit. Don't bother coming here, they will sell you marked up games that are faulty and do not want to give you your money back. If you're as angry as I am, just know in about 2 years these type of stores are going to fail because the gaming industry is forcing this market out.

This was a very pleasant experience! I have been to other Game X Change chains before, but this one had an especially good selection. They tried to charge me more than the sticker price for a game. Excuse they gave me was, “floor prices were changing” I politely said never mind, but I was upset. The employee said, “Let me see what I can do” & then proceeded to offer me a price that was still more than what was written on the sticker

I always love coming into the store! They have a wide variety of movies and games. The store has so many consoles for a decent price. The staff of course are extremely friendly and they never try to sell you annoying promotions like Gamestop. The store has a different selection almost everyday because the stores inventory is from what people bring in. The games are in pretty good shape for the most part. The place also has console accessories such as memory cards or even items such as the gameboy adapter for the SNES. The staff is also fairly knowledgeable about the items they sell. I would recommend this place to any retro gamer. Only downside to this place is that they do not have new games still in plastic, but they do have new games that people bring in all the time. Excellent store overall!

My wife and I found this place by Happy Accident & I'm glad for that !! If you Especially have XBOX 360 (Yeah I know old school ) They have There words Not Mine over 5K XBOX 360 Games Whoooooop ! Love this establishment! every employee is very well versed in all types of products sold there. I always feel warm and welcomed every time I come in because they always take the time to make a connection with their customers. There is an employee there named Shane that is especially great and helps me out every time! Whatever they are paying him is not enough

The service I received was more than helpful. And there was such a wide variety of games, movies, and collectables to purchase. I'd think this is a nice place to shop at.
