Called to see if I could qualify for a small loan. The lady that finished my application since I started it online was very pleasant. She then had to forward my app to the office manager, the one that makes decisions on loans. Get a call back about an hour & 1/2 later, can’t approve loan. Okay, I ask why, couldn’t get a straight answer. I can easily make the monthly payment, I bring in more money monthly then going put in debts, but like I said couldn’t really give me a straight answer. That’s okay though, now I know they’ll never get my business again. 😉

They were very professional and did great work in getting me approved for extra cash when I needed it. While my own bank n credit union claimed they could do better, couldn't n failed to secure me the funds I needed. While Mariner Finance stepped up to tge plate and delivered, albeit a slightly higher interest rate than I would of gotten at my bank or credit union. It was overall worth the extra interest to take care of a few much needed projects. The bank was Centier bank and Notre Dame Federal Credit union.

Miss Sierra she was so friendly and polite and the other workers very nice also, what i like it was that they take care of you exactly when is your appointment and thanks you very much.

I have done business with PFC for not one but two loans. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful when it came to applying for a loan and helping me receive the loan. I have never had an issue cashing my checks. They most definitely are not a scam business.

Quick and easy to receive money for whatever your needs without a lot of legal jargon and hidden fees. Really nice staff. Joanna was particularly helpful with a delightful personality and made the entire process painless and easy. Great Company.

Received a loan , have always paid more then the monthly payment, tried to get another loan and it was less than the first loan and I make 6 plus dollars a hour more than I did, will pay off existing high interest loan and they lost my business

Very nice people and professional. The only thing I do not like is they tell you they have a ten day grace period where they will not report a late payment but start callin you on day 3 to ask where payment is. They do however offer payment options in the form of loan rewrites. I do not like being called at work. Thats why I dont do business with Rent a Center lol

The process to gain additional funds was quick and smooth.

I would give them no stars but I cant leave a review if I dont. So I got a loan in November 2017 and it was supposed to be for 12 months. I called today to get the pay off and they told me my balance is the exact same as the amount I took the loan for. Why? Vecause they show that I borrowed 1000 more than I did and its extended to 18 months Instead of the 12 month my signed contract says!
