This was my second experience with Mariner and just as my first time, I was very pleased. My representative was not only pleasant, she new her job and explained everything clearly. I again felt like they cared about my financial needs and really were happy to assist me. Thanks again Mariner for being there when I needed you.

This company sent my ELDERLY parents a check for $4,520. My ELDERLY parents in their 80's thought it was an insurance check they were expecting and deposited. They received a paper in the mail saying they had a loan and monthly payment! I immediately called to get information, paid the entire amount back promptly but they wanted interest. I asked to speak to a manager and then spoke to Brad. Brad was extremely condescending and unpleasant unwilling to waive the interest even though they did NOT ask for the money or even understand what they deposited. HORRIBLE PRACTICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to go gain a personal loan, submitted my paystubs and they said to wait till Monday to see if I get approved, they called and said yes I got approved, come in Tuesday at 11. I did and when I get there they say we have to get your paystub again. And I asked why and they said that it didn't meet criteria. How did it meet criteria forst time round and not a second time. They wasted my time checked my credit only to get revenue. They only use the people, they aren't for you if you need a loan.

May & June of 2020 My payment was late due to being quarantined by doctor and I have a letter to prove that I am in quarantine. I called Mariner several times to explain that I was waiting on the PUA unemployment. Mariner has put negative credit in my credit report, so I tried to dispute this with the credit bureau and Mariner still will not remove the two negative late payment reports. Mariner has waisted a lot of my time trying to resolve this issue. I guess time does not mean money to Mariner. Today the doctors are still unsure if I can be vaccinated.

Hard times give big interest rates. Was told if I were to trade in my car, I would get my title back. Called and told that they wouldn't give me it back until paid off or a big sum was paid. Very disappointed in this company.

they called me this morning. I told them could they call later in the future because I work nights and she woke me up. She could have at least said oh I'm sorry or offered to call me back later. She just kept going like she didn't care that I just went to sleep two hours earlier. That was kind of rude.

Debby is the person I worked with, I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is kind, knowledgeable and professional. It was a wonderful experience. The office was up to CDC code, with masks, sanitizer and social distancing. Highly recommend them.

They were wonderful. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They did their best to get everything together before I came in and to get me in and out as quick as possible. Would definitely use them again!

My experience couldn't have been smoother from beginning to end.
