ACE Cash Express Tuscarawas St, Canton

I’ve always been greeted by friendly and professional staff. Never a problem though if I had to suggest an area to improve upon I’d have to say they should always have 2 people behind the counter. I once waited 25 minutes in line (to cash a check) behind 1 person taking out a loan because there was only one employee working. Besides that 1 time all positive all the time.

Took a loan through ACE and everyone was very nice, thorough and clear with the terms. Would rate give stars but as with other payday loan places, one cannot split up pay back. They have a refinance charge which extends the loan, but one cannot pay half on one payday and the rest the following pay week.

The girls were great! But I borrowed 200 dollars last month. It was only 29 dollars interest. This month I borrowed 300 dollars and the iinterest was 98 dollars for 1 month. Crazy HIGH!

I have always had a good experience here.friendly people down to earth dont give off the im better than u persona.

This by no means is a review on the location on Tusc but on the whole company. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have used Ace cash express in the past and have had no issues. I applied online and then I was asked to send my bank statement in to them. /the first time I was given a wrong email address, so who knows who has my bank statement. Finally got the correct email and resent. Called to see if they received it and was told the dates were not current enough.......I sent the latest statement my bank had issued me. So, I went to the bank and had them give me the transactions for dates that they wanted and resent it. Called to check and was told that my application was closed due to it being now 3 days without completing it. I re-applied and then was told no bank statement received. So I resent it again and waited 5 hours to recheck (I was told to wait 4 hrs before checking), Now the bank statement is again not valid as they are still showing the original one with Augusts dates on it. I feel this company has become incompetent in their dealings with their customers, and each employee gives a different reason or a .different solution which I have followed all directions and still no resolution. I was also told I could not take my bank statement to the local store by 1 agent but that I could from another agent. Maybe they should do some training with their employees. This is too much aggravation for a very small loan(under $500). My advice.... Stay clear of this company! It's not worth the aggravation! Oh and don't tell the customer service agent about your displeasure because once I did and said thank you and hung up. I got not 1, not 2, but 8 calls from them back to back but no message left. Just a horrible experience!

It's too bad that on 6-29-17 Renee didn't want to take the time to "dig", for my file since my due date was a week away. That coupled with the fact that I wanted to pay off my loan early, would result in Ace not receiving their interest rate huh? It sure would!!! So she refused to take my early payment------my early PAYOFF payment!!! Soooo, I guess she did her job!!! Saved the company money-----regardless of any consequences to the customer. Truly amazing when you think about it! I'm giving a rating of one star,, because there is not option for a half of a star!!!!

Every encounter has been professional, friendly, helpful and each transaction was made smooth.
