Mariner Finance Kings Rd, Myrtle Beach

I never take loans as I pay with cash. When you pay cash you really have no credit. What people don't realize , you don't need credit unless you are applying for a loan. I have one credit card for emergency only. I decided to apply for a loan anyway. Mariner is the easiest company to work with. I have used them in PA and SC. I love the Staff of women at Myrtle Beach. Thank you for being there and your professionalism.

We currently already had a loan through them. Got sent a offer for another fir 500. So basically they have all information in system. So we decide yes we will do it. Takes a week for them to get back to us. Tell us go email new payroll info and account info. Finally got a call to come in and sign paperwork. Get there, hand drivers license. Tells us she needs info printed out. Well we sent you everything, print it. Sit there for half hour, and she tells us its not coming through clear on her end. Not my fault. Now forty five minutes later says cant use Id be7cause old address (used it fir other loan) needless to say we said nevermind. Very unprofessional, lack of knowledge. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend myrtle Beach location hands down unacceptable.

Jim was very helpful and efficient. Our transaction didn't take long, and we were out of the Myrtle Beach office in record time. I would recommend Mariner and Jim to anyone.

If you have the option to avoid this company like I did, please consider exercising that option. I needed a shed for a property and went in to purchase it for cash. Our salesman told us they offered same as cash financing for 1 year so we agreed to that and moved forward. I had trouble setting up our online account and managed to turn on auto-pay after the first payment was due. This lead to finance charges starting immediately and accruing at a very high interest rate for a whole year. When I called Mariner to work out something since there were no issues with late payments after setting up the auto-pay they refused to do anything at all. I have now paid off my balance and have an appreciation for why people struggling with poverty have such a difficult time getting out of it when there are lenders like Mariner Finance.

Ana was an absolute sweetheart and very pleasant to talk to. You can tell that she knows and takes joy in her job. Made me feel very at ease and made sure I understood all the fine print of everything. Extremely pleased with the professional service I received and look forward to working with the team in the future. Be Blessed
