LOVE working with Jill - she always provides the best customer service and looks out for our best interest, also makes the best recommendations when we are shopping for jewelry or designer bags!! And I love my new ring so much.

We went in to see Jill today to make a payment on my engagement ring. She is always so nice, knowledge about the jewelry and super helpful. This will be the second ring I’ve bought with Jill’s help. Bobby, the manager, is also super nice as well. I will always be a customer because they take such good care of me every time I come in. Thank you Jill and Bobby!

I have been shopping here for years and my secret to getting the best personalized service is to SHOP WITH JILL! She gave me her personal number and now i just throw her a text when I want to add a new piece to my jewelry collection! She is the best 🥰

Last year we sold bikes and were very happy with the services. Professional, polite, and paid fair price. This year there was many people who checked out 3 bikes ( 4 people ). They gave us an insult of a price a third of what we paid for them, ( a fifth of what this company would sell for ). Do not recommend these crooks. I understand that you need to make money, but the profit on bikes is high to begin with.

Jill did a fantastic job finding me my gold bracelet. It took her 3 months but I will have it for the rest of my life... which should take too long the way these ladies are abusing me! :->

I’ve never been to such a dull pawn shop before. Unless you want a golf club, gun, guitar, or necklace this isn’t the place. Next to zero collectables and felt so vacant and empty inside for things to look at.

I walked in today at 5pm only to kill some time while I waited to meet somebody. Great store!! Some of the most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen. Staff was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable without being at all pushy, Michelle H. is an awesome representative for the store and actually taught me a lot about jewelry, gold in particular. She should be promoted—if she wishes—and definitely deserves a raise! She was so patient with me and completely understanding about my budget. Bobby was also very helpful in jewelry and very nice and professional. Sky also was so nice and knowledgeable about the guns and the lashes in NC, where I’m from vs SC fun laws. Very helpful and patient. I obviously haven’t met the entire staff, but with the professionalism I experienced with the 3 employees that were here today (without Michelle being exceptionally pleasant), along with the selection, cleanliness/organization and quality of inventory here I’d definitely say this is the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. ⬆️⬆️⬆️ (How’s that for a run-on sentence??? 😜)
