My experience was very good. The manager Tim was very professional and explained everything in full detail. Made the whole experience pleasant and hassel free.

Not impressed at all. Very poor customer service. I was left waiting all day to hear the results of my loan application. I called 3 times throughout the day but was only told i needed to call back. I knew they were closing at 7pm so i waited until 6:45 and called again only to be told that they tried to reach me (really? Because I've been waiting by the phone) and my loan was denied. I'm not upset about that. I'm upset because i told them this was an urgent matter and they couldn't have cared less. Seemed like they were just milking the clock until they could go home.

i wanted to move my account from Garner to Burlington as this is where I reside since last year. The staff were all friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

I thought the loan process was pretty standard. It was quick and painless. I didn't care for the fact that the on- line process was easier than going in person. Overall, the staff was friendly and very easy going. I would recommend Mariner to my friends and would use them again.

Your business is all the above. The people who work there really go all out to help you to get what you want and most of the time it a little more. I really thank all of you for servicing me. You all are very friendly ,kind, and very helpful. And again I want to thank-you all.

The people that work at the local branch are nice anytime I have called them. The company itself doesn’t have the best policies when it comes to COVID-19. I have always paid my bill and have never once asked for any assistance. I don’t like calling a company and asking if they can help me because of COVID-19, do you know how hard that is. I’ve worked 3 days in March and so far only 3 days in April because my company has reduced our hours dramatically. I’ve lost a lot of money because of this virus which is out of my control. I called the local branch the other day asking if they have any options to skip a payment and the only option they gave me was to refinance my loan. I’m not calling to ask for more money or to refinance my account so that mariner finance can get more money from me. Luckily every other company I have an account with has worked with me with no issues. I just think it’s in bad practice for a company to not help a customer when the country is in a pandemic.

Help me in a time of need over the 15 years I been dealing with this company . Great polite staff. Staff is Polite and courtesy. Thanks for all her help and the Blessing.
