Mariner Finance in Asheboro, NC is the best. They help you right away and they do not make you feel embarrassed about needing a loan. Eric Hernandez helped us this time and he was fantastic to work with.

I did my loan online at first. Leaving to go out of town in a day and the rep for the online process said it would be 24 to 72 hours. I couldn't wait that long so I called the branch and Billy told me to just have them transfer the info from the web to the branch. 2 hours later I went to the branch, signed a few documents and walked out with my loan in 30 min. Billy was very professional and they really helped me out. I would definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up!!!

Was fairly easy to get loan. They have extremely high interest rates. Even if your score is over 700. Paid off early and after 30 days I am still waiting for overpayment to be refunded. I have been told check was in the mail twice. I still have not received it. I wouldn't use them unless no other way was possible.

I've never had a problem getting a loan. Carla is always polite to me. And Billy is a good guy. I see all these bad reviews. Maybe if you paid your bills on time like I do you wouldn't be so sour. Thanks guys. K webfoot Lambeth

Tried to get a car from across the road where I live. It took Mariner ALL DAY! Terrible service. I got to the place as soon as they opened and they submitted my stuff. I didn’t get approved until almost 530PM. I spent my entire day there at the car lot. Only to be informed that when I got to Mariner the mans boss had left after I was telling the car lot what they approved me for. And they lot was willing to come down on the price. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely awful customer service.

I had excellent experience and they really good management.

Supervisor that I encountered was very rude. Strung me along for 3 days after getting my personal information and making a credit inquiry, before I'm told that my loan request was not approved. Loan turned down for insufficient income, but there was no questions or discussions about my expenses against that income. Would not recommend this company to anyone else. Not consumer friendly!

I had a loan thru marier paid it off. They called and asked if i would like to get another i told them not at this time few months go by i call to get another loan and get nothing but bs. I have to call them back bc they apprentlyw dont know how to return a phone call and then got told i couldnt get one!!!! Sadest part is nothing has changed still same income, ect. Oh well on to a better company.... I wouldnt even waste my time with these clowns!!!!!
