This location is the worst one I’ve dealt with. My first loan with the Plano location was so smooth! I can’t tell you have many different times throughout the year I’ve applied & didn’t get fully processed. They have you schedule a call but never call. When you call them they take all your information then tell you they will call you back & never do. You shouldn’t have to keep calling just the get the status of an application!

I've done business here for a few years and they have always provided great customer service. I wasn't having the best day on my last visit. I arrived late due to traffic and was a little demanding in regards to finalizing the new loan. I didn't want to take it into the next day. My initial reaction caught them off guard, but I must say, they were very responsive and with great professionalism got the job done. They stayed late, demonstrated teamwork and I appreciate them very much for that.

Maria was awesome in helping me with all the documents needed. She is very professional and customer oriented. I enjoyed coming in to complete my request. Thank you.

I called to check on an acct. The girl who answered did not greet and just asked what can I help you with I did not even catch her name, she asked for my name and last name and placed me on a hold where 1 min later I got disconnected, I called back and it was the same girl gave her my name again told her TWICE I needed to check on my account because she ASKED TWICE and asked me for my name again, and she asked me what did I needed to know ??. She was Yelling HELLO when she could clearly hear me. There was another girl on the background laughing. This was POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL “customer service” ‼️

The girls in the office were awesome. Emergency forced me to have to bring my three grandsons with me. They were all understanding and accommodated us. Made me feel at home and got us in and out quickly. Thank you so much

Company does not work with you. I could of just paid this loan off and not even gotten it but was talked into it since it was same as cash for 12 months. I accidentally put one number wrong in for my checking account and it showed paid for two months. Once we figured it out they had already reported a missed payment to my credit dropping my score 117 points. I have been trying to make a payment for two weeks and they told me not to do anything until they figured out what happened. Worst financial institution I have ever felt with in my life. Now the will only take cash or money order to pay it off or to make payments. Ridiculous.
