    Melissa has been my contact since I got my first loan. Staff are always polite and ready to assist. Mariner is worth checking out because they treat you respectfully when getting a loan or if you have to make payment arrangements.     My initial application process was actually pretty easy and representative who helped me was very kind. That was until I was funneled to the local office to have my loan finalized. The guy on the phone I could hardly understand a word he was saying. This loan was for a very serious medical situation. 2 minutes into the phone call he told me o"you're not approved" and hung the phone up on me... Seriously
