Mariner finance is quite honestly the most crooked Unprofessional company there is the Charlottesville location specifically. I took out a a loan from mariner finance a while ago I ran across hard times and I told them kept in contact with them and let them know that I was going through financial struggle and I was forced to have no choice but to file bankruptcy. This was way after I had taken out the loan from mariner finance to try to fix my finances. The branch manager of said location will remain nameless had a conversation with me on the phone now mind you this whole situation took place back some years ago. I explained to him that I apologize for the inconvenience but I have no choice but to file bankruptcy and he took an intern as a personal offense that they would be placed under that bankruptcy so even though the process of bankruptcy was taking place and started he proceeded to place the judgment out on me in the midst of me just about to receive a case number for my bankruptcy so therefore a place of judgment filing on my report. I found that very very unprofessional and very personal someone who states that they are professional and hold themselves to their position should not have taken personal offense to someone having financial trouble when you work in a financial establishment to assist people with their financial trouble. He should be removed from his position because what he did has ultimately set me back when I was just trying to simply press the restart button on my financial stability. I would not suggest anyone and I mean anyone visit that store location or do business with that place at all because you quite honestly will regret it. I will say this much that I respect them being there for me when I was having financial trouble and the rest of the staff there was actually quite nice but the manager of that location who will once again remain nameless is completely and utterly not fit for his position.

Am very please with the service and professionalism of the staff. And the short time it took to apply, and be approved. I would highly recommend them.

The manager was cussing on the phone the whole time we were there. Went back to get some customer service and the lady told me everyone was out to lunch and no one could help me. I am so glad that will never have to deal with this unprofessional company again
