Staff is absolutely exceptional! Wonderful customer service skills, these ladies really know how to treat their clientele. The manager Francis is extremely helpful and clearly passed her knowledge/skill sets down to her reliable assistant.

The most professional and nicest, genuine ladies. Always a friendly hello. One thing I noticed was when other customers walk in they immediately welcome them by their first name but also not taking focus on helping me at the same time to get my loan. From the time I come in until the time I walk out the door they are extremely pleasant. They are extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing. A PLUS!!!!!! The staff at Rio Hill branch is amazing and goes above and beyond to help the customers. The ladies always greets me with a smile and a hello when I come in the door. The ladies in the office are so sweet to me the times I have been in the office !! The one I really love is keyanna because she always has the brightest smile an makes you feel so welcomed when you come in 😁. And she always explains everything so clearly to you and makes sure she a sweds any questions you may have ! As long as she is there I will always recommend that branch to other !!

I was welcome graciously the staff was very friendly, I came in wanting a small loan to help me out with some bills and found out that they offer more than payday loans, we discuss the different loans they offer which might come handy in the future.
