If it was possible to give 10 stars I would. Branden, josh, Micah are so great treating customers so good. I felt relaxed, confident I was well taken care of. I will refer all I know that needs a finance company to Mariner. Give those guys a raise! They deserve it.

No point having a co signer when they reject anyway. My cosigner has better credit, more money, and constant income and still rejected without giving me a reason. To some customers might be great but this company doesn't help everyone, maybe 54% according to others I've spoken with many that went through this company. So it's a 50/50 chance. Wasted my time...

I would like to thank Brandon Kempson and Micah for such great customer service. Working with them has been a great experience. I look forward to a long customer base relationship with Mariner. Thank you guys for your great attentiveness and service.

I have been a customer of mariner finance for years now. I had great service at the Maryland office when I lived out there. This Cartersville office has been terrible with communication. I called many times and even left voicemails and they never call back. They are on time only with calls dealing with payments. It is disgusting how they handle customers. Recently, I called to speak to them regarding how my old loan had been closed and merged with the new one. As a result my credit took a huge hit. I was not ever explained that the loans would be merged at any point. I’ll pay this loan and will be done with this company.

Micah was the representative who took mew through the loan closure process. Throughout the process he was professional, provided clear communication about the loan amount and terms and called back when he said he would. Based on the experience I had with Micah I would recommend Mariner Finance to just about anyone I know.

I love the customer service and it was easy me to qualify for $5,000 easy. They also allow you to pay ahead which helps. Since I went through Credit Karma I now can borrow up to $2,000 more w/ no payments for 2 months since my payment history has been since I first received the loan November of last year

My experience with Mariner was quick but fair and thorough. Brandon Kempson was amazing!!!! 😊😊 He made sure to prepare me for my appointment and thoroughly explained the process. We had a little hiccup in the midst of the appointment but Brandon figured it out and we closed the loan. I would 10/10 recommend!!!!! Thanks Brandon!!! 😊

Brandon Kempson really helped me! I was at the tail end of a renovation, and a unexpected repair presented. He was professional, courteous and quick. Money was issued same day as requested! I would highly recommend.

I paid off my loan early...I will never do business with this company again I took a loan and asked about the 14 day grace period ...I ended up not needing the fund however my sister passed away I flew out of town... I transferred some funds to a friend who was going to take a cashier's check to the branch on my behalf to pay back the original loan before the 14 days...I called and they told me I had to go in person because I had to sign some forms and show my ID the representative had no empathy or compassion towards my loss... eventually after dealing with the funeral arrangements and burial of my sister I returned and first thing I did when I returned was go to pay back the funds at the branch to which they didn't ask for my id or ask me to sign any paperwork...that is ridiculous because I had to pay over 500 dollars in fees for no reason because I was past the grace period mark ... because the rep over the phone told me something different..very incompetent workers

This office made it super easy to service my loan. My loan agent Micah Ogelsby helped me with every step. His professionalism kept me at ease knowing that my questions would be answered. Everything worked out better than I expected it to.
