Mariner Finance is a GREAT & FRIENDLY company to work with if You need financial help. Melissa was the associate that worked on my request and was absolutely a very pleasant & knowledgeable. She worked out all the paperwork and had Me ready to go very quickly. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I had to have our loan transferred to this branch because of a horrible experience at the Harvest Mill branch. Teisha in Customer Relations worked tirelessly to set this up for us and is incredible at her job. We showed up for our appointment to finalize paperwork and were warmly greeted by Wendi. Once we sat down to go over the final details, Wendi went above and beyond to go over every little bit of information. She made sure we were comfortable with the numbers and answered every single question that we had. Aside from being absolutely amazing at her job, Wendi was very personable, funny and just overall nice. She has the ability to hold a great, fun conversation while remaining professional and getting everything completed for our loan. Wendi stepped into our situation halfway through the process and made everything seamless. She took a bad situation and turned it into an absolutely great experience.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect of my visit and phone calls. I have been dealing with one of the representative of your company for over 20 years even when she was with another company prior to joining mariner. Melissa has always represented the company in the best of light and always presents herself in the best professionalism and friendly manner beyond what is expected of her.
