Mariner Finance Sandstone Dr, Morristown

The people that work at the Mariner branch I use on Sandstone Dr. are very professional and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with these individuals even when I was having a problem with meeting my payments. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very nice to deal with ,no extras added to my loan , payment stayed same as I asked . Helped me make payment date for what I needed . Auto draft so i don’t have chance of missing payment , and convenience , if problem I call and talk with them.

Becky, my finance lady was absolutely amazing. I felt as if I had been her friend for years the moment I talked to her. She was so very sweet and personable. She was definitely a pleasure to work with. Mariner is fast and friendly and always there to help in times of need! I've been with this company since they bought Regency out and I truly am satisfied with my experience here. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

I literally just woke up from having a nightmare about this place. I do not recommend Mariner finance at all. I would've and did refer so many people when it was still Regency finance. But since Mariner took over it's NOT the same. I was a customer of Regency since 2008. There was no better people to do business with than Tim Davis, Stephanie Singleton & Patty Taylor. They cared about their customers. But since they left and Mariner took over the entire atmosphere is uninviting, cold, depressing and the new Lady makes me uncomfortable. She has a very stern, internally angry at the entire planet earth for human existance disposition. In over 10yrs I've never dreded paying my bill with this financial establishment until now. I'm constantly consumed with thoughts of how I can pay them off early so I never have to walk inside that depressing cold place again. I don't trust Mariner finance the way I did Regency. I have 10 months left of this existing loan from Regency that was taken over by Mariner and I will never do business with them again. I feel sorry for the one employee left. Jessica is great, very cordial and helpful. But I can't imagine how she manages to still have a smile working in such an uninviting enviorment. I've been in funeral homes that felt more inviting then Mariner finance.

I had a great experience with Mariner Finance in Morristown TN. Service was excellent and they were pretty quick in processing my loan. They make you feel welcome and treat you like family

They let you drive from an hour away sit you in a room close the door and leave you for 30 mins then try to talk you into a bigger loan… then let you know that this isn’t a signature loan and want lists of your personal belongings… no thank you…

I have been a long time customer of this business and started with them back when they were Pioneer Credit, over 2 decades ago. Over the years, they helped me purchase 3 vehicles and I have always kept an open loan with them. I renewed my loan this week and was assisted by Tina Cagle, at their beautiful new Morristown office. A quick call, and I was able to get into the office in a timely manner to process my loan. This company goes out of their way to make it easy and comfortable to do business with them! Tina was great, and I have never had an experience with Mariner Finance that was not positive! I highly recommend Mariner Finance for all personal loan needs! You will not be disappointed with this company! They are 5 stars!

This branch not friendly could care less about a person. Situation tell you you're approved when you're out of the office get the office you're not approved how is your credit when you don't give him permission. Ask for the branch manager and Stacy wood would not come out and speak will never deal with this Branch again and I'm filing a BBB complaint
