I haven't been a member since moving to PA in 2012. I needed a transaction date from a purchase I made in 2010 so I called for help. I wasn't optimistic that they would be able to access so far back in a closed accoun, but had a sliver of hope. I didn't have an account number any more so the young lady that assisted me needed my full SSN. I was willing to give blood if she could get the info at this point. I gave her basic info to help narrow her search and she finds it. I was floored! I could not possibly thank her enough. She truly helped me immensely and I will forever be grateful.

Do not bank with them. EVER! This is a terrible bank in all aspects. Will never return.

The ladies at the credit union have always been extremely helpful and courteous. This has been the case at every branch from here to NC. It is the reason I have banked with them for about 20 years.
