Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Graham Park Rd, Dumfries

I frequent many banks and have nothing but positive experiences with the staff at this branch. When my daughter needed to open her own checking account this was the only branch I wanted to bring her to have the friendly staff and positive attitudes walk her through the process. Under the new management of Faheem this branch brings back the traditional banking experience where you feel comfortable with your financial transactions and have great staff walking you through every step of the way.

We visited this branch last week to get added to our elderly mother's account. We had an appointment with a banker called Carole. When we walked in she greeted us and to my surprise she had everything ready for us. She showed us how to use the BofA application and even the manager Abdo came over, introduced himself and made sure we are taken care off. 5 star service

Everything is perfect as soon as you walk in you’re greeted with amazing customer service. I walked in just to get answers for some questions about opening a checking account 30 minutes later they have me set and ready to go without any appointment set. 100/10 recommend giving this place a visit.

This branch of Bank of America has always exceeded expectations. I have never had any problems with the ATM machine, the workers handle all of the customers respectfully and professionally and the branch was diligent with their cleaning during covid. 5 stars!

COVID has been crazy for many reasons, but it is amazing to know that it is still safe to get my banking needs taken care of by this efficacious staff and manager. Their support was phenomenal. I will definitely be visiting again.

Everyone is always helpful here but the bank manager lied to my face today and literally wasted my time today with his lies. I had a fraud incident, spoke to the fraud department and they told me how to get my account restored at an institution. I came here to this location a lady called and they told her what to do. But the bank manager comes in and says I can’t have what I needed done and that everyone else is giving wrong information. So I call the fraud department again and they said they are not wrong and to go back to the bank so I do that only for this bank manager to throw the blame on the rep that helped me then says someone else will help me. I sit down waiting then he comes to tell me they can’t help me because they are closed. So I should make an appointment to come back. I let him know my time has been wasted and that my issue could have been resolved a while ago he continues to blame the other reps. Thats very bad conduct for a bank manager to just lie and throw blames around while wasting a customers time not only that I’m a small business owner so imagine the hassles I’m going through with my account on hold. UNACCEPTABLE

BEST BRANCH EVER!!!!! BEST STAFF EVER!!!!!!! Coming into this branch is like going to see family. They are very welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, professional and attentive. They always have time and it always seems as if each customer is a personal friend. Oh and they are very proactive. I feel like they are there just for me. 😀 BEST EVER!!!

I have been coming to this bank for the past 18 years. Even though the bank has had many different managers I have been very impressed by the leadership and professionalism that Faheem has demonstrated. He has helped me in both my commercial accounts as well as my personal accounts and has always gone beyond the call to ensure my satisfaction. The whole staff here are great, always helpful and caring towards my needs. Also it is great to see the level off engagement when it comes to keeping the branch Covid safe. They are always ensuring 6ft gaps between customers. It makes me feel safe in an environment that exists today. Keep up the good work Bank Of America. And thank you for being open throughout the pandemic.

After the recent passing of my husband, Jim the teller was more than sympathetic and caring. Also, Sandro and Faheem have been very attentive to my banking needs. Please don't move them from this location!

Staff is always polite, efficient and professional. Each time I visit the bank, I was always addressed by my name. Keep up the good work.
