We to DMV Auto just to look at a car and ended up leaving with a Hyundai Veloster. Greg was super cool and super helpful and Frank knocked out financing and got me a waaaaaaay better APR then my bank (Navy Fed) I totally would buy another car from here

THE PRICE THEY LIST ON CARGURUS OR OTHER SITES THAT ARE NOT THEIRS IS THE *CASH PRICE* AND ABOUT 3K LESS THAN WHAT YOU FINANCE THE CAR FOR. That disclaimer should be all over this dealership and it is not. The good things about this dealership is that they have nice end luxury cars if that's what you're looking for. They work with bad credit and they seem to want to get you the best possible rate for your purchase. What was not so great is the fact that they misled us on the price because we found the car on CarGurus and there was no disclaimer about the price, which we understood the thinking behind it, we just wanted to know before we spent all day with the car. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL PUSH THE CAR ON YOU, GET IT INSPECTED. I'd suggest not going to anyone on that same strip. We took the 2013 Mercedes C300 to AAA where they gave us a laundry list of things to be replaced including the tires. We then went back to them with the list to negotiate, and they kept pushing "Oh the car is fine, its passed inspection, the tires are fine, it passed inspection". The tires had cracks in them. So we were able to get two tires while they paid for the other 2, which was appreciated. It still will need Shocks & Struts, Brakes anddddd now the cars check engine light has come on and the other day I couldnt get over 20 mph. I'm debating whether they should be the ones fixing it, its ridiculous. It hasn't even been 1 month. It looks like fuel injector, Engine control unit issues. I couldn't help but think how much they stared us in the face and continued to persist the car was great, and all systems were checked, nothing needed replacement off the lot. My two cents; I get we bought a used car, but only 64k miles and a problem like this not even a month in seems ridiculous. I'm not even sure the Proguard warranty they offer will cover it, Do your own research get your mechanics to look at anything you want to buy from here.

NEVER!!! go here for business. They sold me a lemon and now I have to pay for a car that is no longer in my possession. They told me they would pay to get my car fixed (I have it on video) Once the mechanic that they recommended told them the cost they backed out and then the mechanic wanted to charge me a storage fee (unfair). I can't get the the title history from VA DMV because they are telling me my car was never registered in my name in VA (that doesn't even sound right).

Bad for business. We purchased a car and a week later it needed work come to find out the car needs a new engine. They told us they would get the car fixed or we could bring it back. We decided to let them get it fixed so we took it to their shop, then they told us they would pay half, now they are saying they aren’t getting it fixed. Now the shop wants a storage fee. This dealership is just worried about their money. Employees have a bad attitude and the owner won’t even communicate now but when we were purchasing the cars they blew our phones up. It’s ridiculous! Would not recommend to nobody! Responding to your comment: My statement is very honest. As a business the car should’ve got inspected and if it was inspected CORRECTLY you wouldn’t even be able to sell this car knowing it was something wrong with the engine. Going for a test drive you won’t know that something is wrong with the engine right then and there. You’re not in the office every single day but even when you were in the office you still dodge calls or didn’t return them. Nobody got disrespectful until your staff got disrespectful and to this day staff is very disrespectful and I have proof to show it. You have not been reasonable whatsoever.

Worst car buying experience...was told by the car salesman Ryan that i was approved for the vehicle I wanted and everything is set. Drove 2 hours just to be told that they cant put me in that vehicle and that I should get something smaller. These guys are complete liars and I recommend not even wasting your time at this dealership!! They will say anything to get you down to the lot...Long story short I didnt leave with a vehicle...Buyers Beware!

I have been trying to get a Vehicle for a very long time. Woke up this morning looking at cars and found DMV auto finance. Saw a car I was interested in and called and spoke to Ryann. He was so helpful with answering all my concerns and questions over the phone. I went in that day and with all my disappointments from my past experiences at other dealerships I never thought that I’d actually be driving off the Lott. I’m beyond happy with my new car!! Ryann had my best interest and is such a blessing!!!

Great car-buying experience with Ryann! He was very helpful and friendly. He went over everything carefully without being condescending or patronizing. He was transparent about the financing and overall purchase of the vehicle. He respected that I had done my research and made the sale easy and stress-free. He even went above and beyond the call of duty by meeting me halfway between Baltimore, MD and Stafford, VA because I forgot to sign a document. I would definitely recommend Ryann and DMV to car buyers out there!

I bought a vehicle from them a week ago. The wipers did not work. We came to agreement that I would get a quote from a shop near my house. I live 45 mins from the dealership. I sent them the quote and then a follow up email with no response about them sending me a check to cover the repair. So I will have to eat the $300 for the new wiper motor to get installed. Update: Thanks for never getting back to me about paying the $300 plus to get the wipers fixed. Also thanks for not notifying me that the plates for the truck were sent to your dealer and not my house. I now have to go to DMV and get new plates for it. Thanks for being the worst experience on buying a vehicle ever. Never shopping for a vehicle here ever again. Update to your reply: You should also be more honest. You never did anything about the wiper motor till I wrote my bad review. I emailed the sales guy asking about it and got not response. That is when you finally did something about a week later. Never received a phone call or voicemail about my plates. Im so done. Moving on and forgetting all about this horrible experience.

The process was so smooth! Very relaxed but responsible workers. My car was filled up and detailed amazingly. I was just a simple walk in customer coming to look and left with a beautiful 2013 BMW 535i xDrive. They are big on relationship not just a coin. Please stop by on Route 1 you won’t be disappointed!

Just bought a Mercedes from Ryan and Jason. They were super friendly and made the entire car buying experience painless and efficient. Right from the start Ryan handed me the keys to the car I was looking at to test drive with no questions asked. Jason helped walk me through everything that was happening while we were going the process so I stayed informed the entire time. Typical used car dealer. I spent 2 hours negotiating a car for my son yesterday (12/15/2020). Our numbers were off by $500. After a night to think it over my son decided that he would put up the $500. I contacted Ryan again and he agreed with the price that we negotiated yesterday. I called him and told him that we were on our way and would be there in 20 minutes. Of course, when we get there he is not there. He walks in 30 minutes later with his lunch in hand. My son was going to finance half the cost (800+ credit score, but no current job). They offer 2.75% if I co-sign. No problem. I anticipated that and started filling out the credit application when Ryan comes back and says, "Before you finish that. There was a mistake on my part." He now says the price is an additional $1000 above the $500 that we agreed to - we walked before he could finish his sentence. Typical used car salesman and dealership..... always playing games. I would NOT recommend DMV Auto Finance.

Tried every small dealer around and nobody could help us until we talked to a great salesman named Ryan. Had a great experience at DMV auto. They were courteous and patient with us. He had worked with us until we could figure out a good way to get where we want to be as far as car buying. Would definitely recommend going here and talking to this fellow!

I waited a whole week for a Toyota to get worked on and paid the down payment then come to find out I couldn't even get it this was the worse experience and customer service ever then got a different car to come to find out I have to put more work into it and lied saying they was only the hoodlash and a wheel to be done to it come to find out I'm putting More into a vehicle than my monthly payments I would not go here anymore or recommend these guys at all

This dealer is on another level than any other dealer on that strip. They showed me the amount of banks they had in order to get me the approval and let me tell you; from my experience working in the banking industry for the past 12 years, a bank would not want to work with you unless you do things right and what is right for the client. Now, keep in mind that this is my 7th car and have been to all kind of dealerships, and I can tell you not even some of the biggest names franchise dealers have this amount of banks. At first I was skeptical when they told me they can get me the lowest interest rates, but once I saw my monthly payment, I knew they were right. Thank you for getting me the car I wanted at the lowest possible interest rate in the market!

I went to DMV thinking that I wouldn’t get the help that I needed but thanks to Ryan he got me in a car. I appreciated everything that they did for me they found me a car in my price range something that just gets me around they bought me lunch while I was waiting they have a perfect team down there if you need a car not too expensive just something to get you from A-to-Z the people to go to DMV auto finance.

I was very nervous about purchasing a used high end car. I did a LOT of researching and found a match at DMV! I actually was close to buying a lesser car at a dealership closer to me (DMV is 2 hours away) but I prayed the whole way and I loved the car as soon as I saw it! Greg and Ryan were great! I absolutely did NOT think I was eligible not to just get a car BUT to have LOW INTEREST RATE!!! I traded my 2016 STI for a BMW 330i 2014 (picture on the left) which I financed with Navy Federal and got a interest of 9.87%. Now, I got another BMW X5 (picture on the right) and I decided to finance with DMV Auto Financed. And let me tell you, I GOT a 6% interest rate. SAVING MONEY HERE!!! THEY TRY ALL THEIR BEST TO GET YOU THE LOWEST INTEREST RATE My credit wasn’t the BEST we can say, but DMV Auto Finance got me in a car I wanted so i’m not complaining. I highly recommend this to everyone

The got me a crazy low interest rate that even a franchise dealer could not get me. I chose this dealer because it had the cleanest cars out of 4 dealerships I visited prior to this one.
