Apple Federal Credit Union Stafford Market Pl, Stafford

I love Apple FCU, however this is probably the worse branch I've been to. I've been going to this branch for the last several years and I've always encountered an issue with them, but the same "issue" wouldn't arise at any other branches I visit up north (in Fairfax-Woodbridge). From poor customer service, snarky comments made by employees (the lady with the bad blonde wig), and these "issues" that only happens at their branch. I wouldn't recommend this branch, just drive further if you actually need assistance with your banking or call their customer service line.

Three employees but only one working. They didn't seem to care that there was ten people in line. Much prefer customer service in woodbridge.

Opened a checking account. Helpful staff, explained everything thoroughly. Can't complain, they have a nice mobile app with mobile check deposit. I've been in the actual bank twice but both times have been very helpful. With so much banking online it's nice they have up to date apps that compete with the big guys like TD.

The account updates that prohibit users from logging in are counter intuitive. This bank tends to practice and think on a smaller scale which is nice for those that might be local to a bank location, but it's not useful for those that don't live nearby. Bank just operates on a limited mindset in many ways.

Worst bank you will ever deal with. Online services and app are horrible. Loan servicing and customer service ranks near the bottom of any financial institution I have ever dealt with.

My experience with Stafford location has proven to be satisfactory.. Granted I haven't been going there that long I am pleased. I moved from Woodbridge and that location is outstanding. I do miss them.

This place is amazing!! Wonderful staff (Amber, Debbie, Edwin, Tonda, and Monica) always have a positive attitude making it a pleasure to stop by the bank! 100% RECCOMMENDED!!

Freindly and helpful staff. This is a small branch so the wait time can be long on a Saturday but with the availble on line tools and mobile deposit app we rarely stop in on the weekend. Quality on line and mobile banking options.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven't had any negative issues. They have also worked with me when need it. Being the closest branch to me, I've used them since 2013. It's a small branch, and therefore when busy, it may take a little longer, but that's normal. If you have ever worked on MGMT, you'll grasp it.
