From the first consultation call to securing an interest rate almost half of what we used to pay, Steve March did a phenomenal job. Steve was always quick to answer the phone and respond to emails/text messages. He does a great job explaining every aspect of a refinance in an easy-to-understand manner. There was plenty of paperwork to scan and submit, but Steve made it clear exactly what to submit and how to do so. Overall, working with him was a phenomenal experience.
