Community Banks of Colorado Main Ave, Durango

Banking service is great. But I cannot fathom how you could have such an awful ATM at a bank. Every single card has a chip in it these days. Yet this ATM makes you insert and remove (swipe) to then read the chip. AND THEN IT DOESNT EVEN WORK. 10/10 the worst ATM ever. Literally makes me want to bank elsewhere. Fix your pathetic excuse of an ATM.

I have been a customer at community Banks of Colorado since 2013!! I have my mortgage there ,my checking account ,and ,savings account. Anytime I need something done at the bank I call Kaytlyn Alexander who is the business banking center manager!! She is awesome and takes care of what ever I need. She is friendly and is always there to help! I love community banks of Colorado. I plan on always being a customer!!

Professional banking at its finest. I have never felt a personal relationship with any bank before. They call me by name when I walk in, they have gone far beyond normal banking services to ensure we are happy. 100% pleased with their services. One of the few banks that are loaning money on condos in the area. Great people!

I have been been banking with Community Bank since approx. 2007 when it was over here in Cortez. Always very friendly and helpful, made you feel like part of the family. When they moved to Durango I did not know what I was going to do, would I find another bank or figure out how to stay with them. Kaytlyn made my day I could deposit thru my phone which I did not know you could do, go figure and it has worked wonderful. Kaytlyn has always made my day, and so has the rest of the group in Durango. The Best Banking experience you could ask for.

Great bankers, always very nice and helpful. They always make sure I am taken care of and that my info and accounts are secure. The app is easy to use, I check it everyday.

Honestly it's just a shame there isn't a zero-star option. I know their name is community Banks of Colorado but this branch does not make you feel like a valued member of the community. if you would like to talk to anybody about a bank error that was made on their part, they will do their best to make you an appointment and not be at any one of those appointments. The app is outdated, their APR for loans and CD loans are terrible, I give one-star because they have the option of safety deposit boxes and from what I know they won't steal your money out of those like they will with your account. The disrespect is real, and their solution for dealing with concerned customers is to turn them away.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I have been inside of this branch and have heard some of the female associates talking about other people who bank here and laughing about them. Saying that they're stupid because they don't understand how banking works. Another time I heard a banker say that they didn't give someone a debit card because she didn't like the way that the person looked and acted. I opened a new secondary account that I was told was a completely free account that was apart of a promotion that they were doing, but that even after it ended that my account would remain free. After a couple of months they got rid of the account telling me it was to consolidate accounts since they had too many from buying out other banks. Funny part though is that they were the ones who created that account. There are a few good people there though. Rebekah, Trevor and the older guy in the corner office that always wear bow ties. I feel like the rest of the people there could use a lesson in customer service from them.

We are always greeted cheerfully when entering the bank. The tellers have always been friendly and efficient. For us, Mark Simon is the "face" of the bank and he is always available to help us in any way we need.

Kaytlyn is outstanding her customer service skills are tops. Community Bank of Durango has help out my family more than once and that means the world to me. Thank you for great service.
