I have am auto policy for my company vehicle with Mainstream Insurance, as well as a 2nd policy for a general liability insurance policy, also for my company, and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, friendliness, kindness, and their excellent prices. I usually deal with Kathy,who controls my business insurance policy, and she is so friendly, and on point with her work. I appreciate her so much for her advice,and for help me out with my questions regarding my company's insurance policy. I shopped around for insurance and when I call mainstream Tom K was completely helpful and courteous to me. I couldn't ask for better service from someone. While I was waiting for my quote to load he made me feel like we had known each other for years. Everything I needed to know to get the best deal was provided. They really do look out for you. And when I arrived we were able to get everything signed and all done so quick!!! I was also told of other ways to save money while I was in the office! Everyone was really kind and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience.. thank u so much mainstream team!!! You guys rock!!!!

I've never done a post before, but I had to do something to show my appreciation for the way Mainstream again has gone the extra mile. I know that they get me the best price for coverage, not just auto but home, hazard 'and liability. My latest example is my wife and I are buying a condo. The process is a nightmare by the way, My bank gave the wrong date for the passing and I needed a binder. I called Kathy, she is amazing, and told her what was happening. She contacted the bank and found the passing was a week sooner than she was given. Long story short, within 24 hours the binder was given to the bank and the passing is on. This just one example of what Mainstream has done. I know I'm getting the best price. I am insured by good reputable companies. If there is a problem, I just call. When you go ask for Kathy,; she'll take good care of you.

Tom is the absolute best, he makes everything easy to understand, is personable, patient and gets right to the point . He has been providing excellent customer service to my mother for over 15 years and 2 years now for me. Definitely goes above and beyond and does the best he can to make sure you get all discounts you can possibly receive and the best rates. Everyone else that I have come into contact with at Mainstream whether in person or over the phone has also been extremely great and helpful. Glad I found your team and agency ! Staff is always friendly. They are very honest and will always tell you all your options, not what they think you should take. Alexandra is the one that started working with us and we absolutely lover her enthusiasm and professionalism and her desire to help us understand everything regarding the policy. She is always honest on giving you information you should know. She explains everything and any questions you may have. Me and my family have gone there for years and we don't plan to leave.

Great experience, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Tom was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personal. He took the time and effort to explain to me all of my choices and what they actually meant in a way I could understand including discussing eligible options of lowering my rate for example donating to a good cause, AAA etc. Family operated business that goes above and beyond for the customer and offers great advise. Mainstream insurance was great!! I was there for about an 1.5 hrs but I got everything done, great rate on insurance, my registration and my plates, everything I needed and was driving my car the same day! I worked with Lynn but spoke to a few employees and they were all great, very kind and very helpful. Quite a few laughs too, I would 100% recommend to family and friends.
