The Money Stop Park Ave, Worcester

I stopped in a while back. Had a Gary Fisher mountain bike that sold for $2000 dollars, less than three months old. The guy I talked to told me $50, he also told me Walmart had a contract to start selling Gary Fisher bikes in a few months. Naturally, I walked... sold it a few days later for $1700. I know pawn shops are not known to be reputable but, wow... talk about scamming? Walmart still/never has/never will sell high end mountain bikes.

Hard working people. Working to give the best service possible. It’s funny to hear the complaints. Talk about idiots. The best one is that the place doesn’t give them what they are owed. So the pawnshop owes you???? And the best complaint—- they are all about profit!! Wow. Yea they are evil. A business that is about profit. Idiot. Are they suppose to be about losing money?? Or I guess you just don’t have a clue! Uneducated people complaining because they can’t get what they want.

I have been going here for years. Family owned. They are excellent people and run a great business. Whenever I need a few bucks I know I can run down and get a quick loan. FIVE STARS !!!!

This place is a joke. I went there with a receipt that proved I bought the ring and how much I paid for it and they tried giving me $100 for it. Don't recommend anyone do business with them. Unless you're a drug addict and trying to get a quick fix.

We are always in need of quality office equipment and tools due to expanding business operations. For the past 22 years we have used the services and products from this store and have saved money. In one case we had power serge and the tech department for their computers recovered all of our data. I feel the excellent service is very valuable and they certainly a very friendly and courteous staff. One thing for sure, we do not need The Best Buy Store when we have the Money Stop and Computer store as a working partner.

I bought 13 ounces of silver at the money stop, gave 3 away as a birthday gift, than in was tight on cash and brought the remaining ten to a silver dealer only to find out they were all fake. The money stop does not test the silver they buy and sell. I am beyond pissed off that I got fake silver, and worse, I gave 3 to my brother for his birthday. Why don't they test the silver they buy. I lost money and faith in people., if u buy silver there ask to see proof that it is real. My inexperience cost me. Karma...

If I could give them no stars I would. I have 2 sterling silver necklaces that I paid well over 300 for both and they offer me $5? These people love to rip you off.

the owner is very helpful easy to get along with, good prices they have a good selection of new and used goods I have bought several items there and they always willing to negotiate on prices.
